This is the worst pharmacy in the area. They have yet to get my scripts done when promised. I called my prescriptions in at 9:50am, said they would be ready at 2:15pm I arrived at the pharmacy at 3:20pm and sat in the drive-thru for over 30 min with only 3 cars in front of me and saw no one take anything from the window telling me that they screwed their prescriptions up. When I finally get to the window, they tell me they haven't been filled yet. They refuse to answer the phone when I have questions and the manager is never available. Take your business elsewhere, I certainly will.

This has to be one of the worst pharmacies in Pittsburgh, I don’t care when or what time you call their pharmacy they never answer the phones, it’s ridiculous, Do not waste your time using this place because you’ll never get them on the phone you will have to go there. I’ve switched over to giant eagle on rodi road, and I’m so glad I did, they are so professional and courteous and most of all they answered the phone every time I called. Do not use the rite aid on Saltsburg road you will be disappointed

The staff works so hard and is very nice. It sucks because they're still shorthanded this long after 2020 but do the best they can.

Frequent problems with them forgetting to fill prescriptions and their text message service rarely works correctly. Staff cannot be trusted and show no empathy for their mistakes, even for lifesaving prescriptions. 18 years of getting prescriptions and never had a problem until I tried this pharmacy for convenience. I'll gladly go a little out of my way to not have to deal with their incompetence.

The pharmacy staff here is awful. They refilled my daughter’s inhaler without the necessary spacer so basically it’s useless and they didn’t decide to call me and tell me this before filling it and now she’s without her inhaler for over a day and when I called to try to check on it. No one answers.

I had to transfer from the other Riteaid store because they closed. My second time calling I was not able to get anyone to answer the phone. They just kept putting me back into the voicemail. It’s 5 pm. They are open and this is totally ridiculous and very unprofessional.

My favorite pharmacy in my area. The managers are very friendly and knowledgeable, the associate at checkout (A) was so friendly and sweet, always we always find what we need!

My regular rite aid shut down (6200 Saltsburg rd) which is really unfortunate because that was actually a great store. This store (7345 saltsburg rd) is absolutely terrible. I have been on the phone trying to get a script filled for nearly 30 minutes. Do they not know how to answer phones there? I'm transferring everything over to CVS because this store sucks.

Pharmacy for well over a year does not answer their phone. no accountability and are unprofessional. Only to find when you get there that a script was never received or it won't be ready for days which no one would know since they again dont answer their phone and don't call to let you know the prescription is ready. Coming from a medical professional myself, I'm uncertain when it is ever acceptable for a pharmacy to ignore their phone lines.

What the heck is going on? First of all, I waited at the pharmacy drive-thru for 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. Then I hit the call button and the girl working remained with her back turn to me. When she finally answered me, she had a real flat tone in her voice, as if I were bothering her. If you don't like your job, go take another one. People's health is to be taken very seriously.

Last time I went to this pharmacy, I had to wait 30 minutes, only to find out their systems were down when my doctor send the prescription, so I had no way to get it without revisiting my doctor and having it resent. Today, expecting issues, I called first. No one ever answered. Automated message from CEO said due to labor shortages someone may not answer. Automated system also stated to me 6 times that the pharmacy was open at 9 AM. I decide to finally drive up there to see if they have my prescription. Only to discover, the drive-thru is no longer in use due to labor shortage, but luckily, before i went inside, the pharmacist still came to window to tell me they don't open till 10 am (even though website, and phone system state they open at 9). I will not be using this pharmacy any more after today.

I am giving them 5 stars because through out the pandemic the staff has managed to keep a positive attitude during the most challenging times. Over the past 3 months, they’ve faced staffing challenges and tried their best to accommodate staff and customers. Anyone with intelligence could see it wasn’t an easy task. I was happy to see customers like myself extending them grace and understanding when the line was long due to understaffing issues.I want to send a big warm THANK YOU to the staff for keeping your head up and pushing through…. ❤️❤️❤️
