“This was the best experience I've ever had getting my oil changed. The process took less than 15 minutes and I got to stay in my car the whole time. Both mechanics were super friendly and did not pressure me into getting any additional services done. At many other places I've felt that I was getting ripped off, and I did not feel that way at all at this Valvoline. I will definitely be going back in the future to get oil changes as well as tire rotations etc. I'd highly recommend!”

“I took my car here for the first time ever and I’ve been going to Pitt since 2021. I needed an inspection on my Hyundai, plus my front left tire needed patching. I dropped my car off at 9am and got it back around 4pm. There was a 93 bus stop there so it was easy to get back to Oakland and to Homer’s. In one of the reviews I read it said to not expect a concierge service and that this is Greenfield haha. I second this, because after I paid they told me my car was in the Giant Eagle parking lot across the street lol. Not a big deal, I thought that was funny though. Also I appreciated that they topped off my fluids without even having to ask. They are definitely focused on customer loyalty and satisfaction which I really like. I highly recommend this place to people who know nothing about cars, or can’t do it themselves. I will remember this place for future oil changes and other maintenance!”

“They had a Facebook promo for $37 oil changes. However, the oil my car takes (0w16) did not qualify, so I called to ask how much it would be. Mike said he would honor the $37 special for me and to just ask for him.
He was true to his word. There was no wait, and it was quick and easy. This location has a drive-thru, so you can just wait in your car.
There was a $3.11 shop service fee and tax of course. Total cost was under $45 for fully synthetic.”

“I'm never disappointed with this shop. In addition to taking my personal vehicles to AA, I also took company vehicles there for years. They only address the problem and don't go looking for other issues to try and take advantage. If there's an issue or concern, they follow up first and ask if you want it fixed. They even offer to have you bring it back at a later date. They specialize in foreign vehicles and will have your car running in person condition. Call now!!”

The man that worked there also told me every step to get my car registered and transferred to PA from Florida previous when I called completely clueless and confused after going to the DMV. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.”

There was such a product and Walmart happens to have it!!!”
“Good service and friendly people that word there and do their best to help when able. Called a lot and got no response but when I went in the manager explained how they’ve been short staffed and it’s difficult to be able to manage everything but once they explained everything I can tell their doing their best to provide quality service and be as helpful as possible. Very helpful guy and knowledgable. With such short staffing the wait can sometimes take awhile but it’s followed by the peace of mind that things are going to be done right. And reassurance that once the shop is fully staffed again the regular business hours will return! A little understanding goes a long way! Will definitely be returning for future work that needs done.”
