Big sign up stating that per the state ban, cannot use plastic bags… BUT you can buy plastic bags to use for 10 cents,First off, the CITY of Pittsburgh not the state has the ban, unless they moved the city limits all the way to Penn hills then this is inaccurate. Also if you’re banning bags why are you selling them for 10 cents? Went to lower Burrell dollar general and they aren’t doing this ban. More revenue coming to Westmoreland county if all stores wanna play this

My wife and I visit these dollar stores because of the inexpensive decorations that make beautiful displays in our home. Some items are sold at low prices but look expensive when set up right.

Rude employees. Said hi and thank you, and I wasn't acknowledged once. One of the dirtiest dollar stores I've been in. I'll drive out of my way to avoid this one.
