“I was at the Dollar General by my house yesterday. There was a line, and the employees were laughing, but still working to stock shelves. Some dude behind me complained about them laughing. You can laugh and work at the same time. Also, if there is a self checkout, it was probably installed because there are only a couple of people working at a time. To any customer who behaves like this in a store, unless you are willing to go apply and fill the worker shortage then shut your mouth. You're literally a huge part of the problem. YOU and your stupid complaints are why no one wants to work. Not because of worker laziness, but because of misbehaving, RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE CUSTOMERS!!! Shout out to the employees for remaining professional when people are so impolite.”

“This store is always neat, clean and organized. I let the kids go here for the occasional shopping spree. They moved things around since the last time we were here. It's nice. The ONLY flaw is the "self check out."
If it's going to be staffed, at least give them a proper checkout counter. My kids held their baskets in the air to make it easier on the cashier, who was bending over to get each item to scan it.”
“Purchased furniture and some other home decor items recently Bobbie Jo was the most welcoming kind and caring person throughout our entire selection and sales process.
We were open to her ideas and opinions based on our needs that we explained what we were looking for. So helpful and we love everything we bought!!! I highly recommend seeing Bobbie Jo for your next furniture purchase and we will most definitely be going back for more in the future. “The cleanest Big Lots I have ever been in. Just moved from Vermont, so I'm used to the ones in VT and northern NY. This is on another level - really can't tell from the outside though. Looks rough, then you walk in and it's gleaming, organized and clean. Well stocked as well.”
“I only needed a couple items, they were extremely busy...and they only had 2 registers open, however the cashiers worked their fingers to the bone with a smile on their faces and they were pleasant and all the customers were pleasant as well we didn't mind waiting.”

They are the prices are sometimes better than the supermarket for particular items and they carry a variety of items that supports the community for which they serve prices are okay Services generally mediocre”

“This Dollar Tree discount store is a fairly large size, and it offers the usual holiday decor, party supplies, cleaning products, health and beauty products, foods and beverages, toys, pet supplies, etcetera. Most of the products cost slightly over one dollar, and some products cost several dollars.
I selected many products to buy, and the cashier did not make me wait to check out. He greeted me, and he accurately rang up my purchase.”

“Fun place to shop. Always something new and/or unusual to browse or purchase. Selection of food stuff often includes items like stuffed grape leaves and pickles imported from Poland not readily available at the traditional supermarkets. Snacks, cosmetics, first aid, bottled water, household items, small appliances, and furniture are just a partial list of kinds of things available. And the cashier was tremendous. She even helped me find the correct chargers for my smartphone.”

“Very nice store to shop with young kids. The prices are all very reasonable and have a lot of choices. If you have pets, they have cheaper toys. There are a lot of cell phone items. The store has a large selection of candy. Overall, the store was organized, clean, and easy to find. The staff were nice, but they did not go out of their way. They welcomed us when we walked in but didn't ask if we needed help.”

“This store has changed (probably due to Staffing shortage). It's now harder to find items, but if you have time to dig, you can find great deals. “There's a handful of Dollar Generals within a 10 minute drive from me and this one is my go to. They seem to have more staff than the others and are always friendly, and they are the most stocked. I can almost always find what I am looking for. I also like that they are open til 10 pm and actually close at that time unlike others that close at random times. I just wish they would treat their employees better”
“The Dollar Tree is an okay store. It's not the dirtiest nor the cleanest store I've been in. They have a good variety of items to choose from and, aside from now charging $1.25 for most items, it's still about the most inexpensive place to get some pretty cool stuff for holidays.”
