I spent 2+ hours trying to locate a lost package and was brushed off every time at this location. I went in the same day the package was lost, 3 weeks later they still have no answer. The front desk workers are generally pleasant, but if you have a problem with a package there seems to be no way to get actual help to resolve it. Update: They have lost additional packages since this review was written, it is unreal how bad/inconsistent they are with delivering packages. Constantly lose them and there's never any solution when they do. Just "tough luck" and try ordering the item again

Like others, including another person from Pasadena, CA, I can't believe how awful "customer service" here is. I'm not going into the whole story, but suffice it to say, it's as bad as the reviews state it is. Sad, because years ago it was a great little small-town USPS. Avoid if you can and use UPS or FedEx. Prime example of a gov't employee not giving a damn.

Awful customer service. I wanted to call to ask a specific question and wanted to talk to someone, instead I was greeted with an automated voice menu which couldn't understand anything I said and took me 10 minutes to try to use until I was so frustrated with getting nowhere that I just had to hang up.

Your mailmen who deliver to Village at Penn State Condo's are morons. They independently decide who should get their mail. Deliver the darn mail. I live here. I pay taxes. Just because I dont get alot of mail does not mean my mail delivery should be cut off by some moron. Not happy with your postmaster and his morons. Sorry there is no other way to describe my frustration. I will raise holy hell if they returned a bill and I am negatively impacted. Guess I need to write my congressman. Wasting time on something this trivial No supervision of the inmates.
