Dr. Dymond has cared for both of my pets with complex medical needs. I know her care not only increased the duration but the quality of my dogs life. She provided exceptional medical care, empathetic support during his illness, and compassionate reassurance as it was time for his final rest. Dr. Dymond is also the reason why my cat is enjoying his senior years. His symptoms were a bit perplexing but she never stopping searching for answers or solutions.
My dog absolutely loved going to VCA AVH and the cat really doesn't seem to mind which says alot about the wonderful care they receive(d).

“Have several cats between my sister and I. We trust Dr. Coyle with the many different health issues they have. Hospital is well staffed and assistants are knowledgeable and helpful. We always feel safe with procedures and leaving cats overnight. Pictured cat with 1/2 closed eye has multiple chronic issues Dr. Coyle is managing. 2nd pic is assistant Jess with the son of other cat - a giant kitten!”
“Dr Sobers & the entire staff are so compassionate and caring of their clients! Our dog had some issues well past closing time so we left a message thinking we would hear back in the morning but Dr Sobers got back to us right away and checked on us throughout the evening to make sure things were Ok until we could come in the morning. So appreciate the love and care they have for our dogs!”

“We saw Amy Lynn and Dr. Pearsall today for the first time and they were incredible. They were kind, patient and professional yet personable. They were even funny and made us laugh. We immediately felt like our Lily girl was in safe hands. They answered all of our questions and addressed all concerns without making us feel rushed. The other staff in the front were also very nice and helpful! Everyone we encountered was pleasant and respectful. I would highly recommend this Vet to anyone!”

“My 18year old male cat, max.had one molar extractions and teeth cleaning.dr bower prescrip meds for his gum disease.he recovered exactly when I was told Max would be feeling well again.his former vet at BvC said Max need two molars extract.which was not true.they never prescrip meds for his gums except for meds that did not treat his gum.but made him foam at the mouth.alot of miserable mistreatment at bvc.that vet did the same for a former cat saying she needs two molar extracted and teeth cleaning.i took her to awesome when they were open the vet there said she had perfect teeth considering her age as 16 years old.be careful going there.i do recommend Dr bower as your vet.honesty is a virtue that max new vet has.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy! I was not even a current customer but I needed a special medicine compounded because the other pharmacy I used in Wilkes-Barre couldn’t get it anymore. The owner called my doctor himself that day to get the information on what was needed, and he shipped it out to me the next business day since I don’t live close and was in a hurry to get it. He also kept me updated on the process via text. Their customer service is outstanding! I will certainly be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know.”

“I’ve been a customer of Banfield for 10+ years. Starting with care of two dogs now one. The former veterinarians;as well as the staff has always shown my dogs and myself great hospitality. However, I have to say since veterinarian Payne joined the team; my dog (Pearl) allergies are under control at least 97%. Dr. Payne is the best thing that ever happened to Banfield. Pearl, suffered with allergies that took off almost all of her hair. For two+ years nothing Banfield former veterinarian prescribed worked! Until dr Payne arrived. He carefully evaluated my dog; prescribing the best medication, ear drops and medicated shampoo for her. It worked!!! Thank you, Dr. Payne you ROCKED! Overall, yes, Pearl still has allergies however she no longer suffers as a result. Dr. Payne helped us get it Pearl back on track. I recommend Banfield hospital in Stroudsburg for all animals. Ask for Dr. Payne. He’ll get your animal, right! Praise Jehovah!”

Cat infected with flea and called to ask for help with flea management. They were very helpful in providing options and trying to help the best they can within the limitation of unable to see the cats in person. Respectful and kind people. I called when I was extremely stressed out about the situation and I think they handled it well and deserve the public recognition and praise.”
“They're amazing and so caring! I had to come in for an emergency within 2 days apart. My cat had an emergency and also had an asthma flare-up. Dr. Singh and the lady up front were so helpful and sweet. Eased my tensions at 10 pm. on a Friday night!”

“My husky had ripped most of her dewclaw off Sunday afternoon. There was blood everywhere in the house & I tried my best to stop the bleeding. Called Creature Comforts for an emergency visit & they were able to see husky. Initially, the plan was to bandage the injury & come back Monday for the dewclaw to be surgically removed, however an exception was made to do the surgery while we were there. The price for an emergency visit on a Sunday + minor surgery was very fair! All around pleasant experience.”
