“Called the day before and spoke with Matt. I explained I was looking at a few cars on the lot for my son. My wife and I arrived Early Saturday morning and we were met on the lot by Matt who was very cordial. He said Doug would be out to take care of us. Doug arrived a few minutes later and got the keys for one of the cars we were there to look at. The SUV was extremely clean and detailed. We took a good test ride and found no issues with the vehicle. I explained I wanted to Scan the vehicle which showed no issues. I went over the SUV pretty well and short of a few paint dings found nothing wrong. There was no pressure and the whole process was easy. Considering the high milage we did purchase a powertrain warranty but it was not pushed on to us. Overall very satisfied and had a great experience.”
