“The only reason I did not give this storage facility 5 stars is because when I closed my account, it was early in the month and even though I was charged for the entire month, I did not get any money back for the time no longer used.BE SMART:. Clean out your storage and close your account as close to the end of the month as possible so you do not accrue any more unnecessary charges.OTHERWISE: I had no problem with Grand Storage for the 3 years that I used them. I would use the facility again.”

“IF YOU NEED A TOW HITCH ON YOUR VEHICLE GO HERE THE ONE GARAGE THAT SAID THEY WOULD DO IT NOT GOING TO GIVE NAMES WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME $500 CALLED A U-HAUL AS THEIR PRICES $200 LESS THEN I WAS QUOTED. PLUS I ALSO GOT THE ELECTRICAL WIRING INCLUDED WITH IT.”

The units/facility are clean and well taken care of at all times. The manager, Lori was extremely helpful with the move in process including locks, paperwork and any questions or concerns I had.
