I have had multiple deliveries in the past few years this company has been fair and honest with the pricing and the delivery time frame. I’m grateful to the staff and delivery guys very nice and helpful and respectful when calling and delivering my fuel.

Driver came to my house was smacking on pipe for 5 or 6 minutes later found out he broke the whistler valve then when confronted company blamed us and told us we are no longer allowed to be customersThey do not care about any of their customers. They will break customers property and then blame it on said customer Do not use them their oil prices are fake. They tell you one thing and then raise the price on you later

Anita is just downright rude to deal with. I called ahead of time twice to discuss my situation (split tanks on property), followed all the instructions and placed my order. Basically "we can't control our drivers" was the excuse.I called two other suppliers to see if my situation was unique and both Hinds and Kanuik had no problems with my questions and said they had no problem with the situation and were far more pleasant.At Santarelli we just don't care was the message.

They don't exhibit any loyalty to repeat customers. I imagine their push for "refer a friend" and their other incentive programs is an attempt to recoup for the customers they lose through their "we don't care" attitude. As a very loyal customer for many years, even when they were lethargic in the delivery of my oil, they have now lost me as a customer. The straw that broke the camel's back: I ordered oil online. The next day the price dropped. PRIOR to delivery I contacted them and asked if they would honor the new price for my order. You guessed it... NO. The excuses started from everything from "You live in Stroudsburg..." to "Your credit card has already been charged and...". Several times I've attempted to enroll in their email incentives, to no avail. This last experience cost me $60.00 of my hard earned money. Spend the extra couple of pennies and deal with someone who really cares about good, fair business practices and taking care of their customers.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!! THERE IS NO 2 DAY DELIVERY!!!The more i order with Santerelli the less reliable and dependable they become. I have been waiting 12 days for a fill. When you call and ask they will make up a date, i have gotten 2 false dates so far. Now it is this Saturday (13 days) after order. Its ashame. If a customer has assistance LIHEAP and/or crisis, they drag their. Especially since they know the process for dropping an oil company and switching to a new one is difficult and timly. So disappointed.

Best prices I have found in Dingmans Ferry, PA. The app online makes ordering easy and they deliver to us within a week consistently when we have ordered. There are also discounts for new customers and end of month discounts with a chance to win free oil. Customer Service is also very helpful and friendly.

I am so disappointed in your service . I have never heard of a home heating company trying to extort from the elderly population. My mother called as she was out of oil. She called in the morning and no one showed up. She then called after 5 and the gentlemen on call was extremely rude and disrespectful. He told my mother if she gave him $500 cash he would bring her 200 gallons of oil. She is elderly and on a limited income. Of course she couldn't do this and he proceeded to tell her not my problem lady. Unbelievable. Never have I ever heard of such poor customer service.

Absolutely not. If you pay for a service you expect that service to be timely. Every time I've called and gotten someone new I also get a new story on when oil is being delivered. Out of money and out of oil. How many times am I supposed to get diesel before they come? Was told 7 to 10 days for delivery. They didn't wait 7 to 10 days to take 500$ out of my account. Do not recommend would not recommend could not recommend.

This company is 100% false advertising. Ordered our oil on a Monday and on Friday we still didn’t have it so we called. No one got back so we called Sat morning, they said they couldn’t make it till next week. With an oncoming snow storm and record low temps we just didn’t qualify as important to them. Our tank was at ZERO due to failure of the meter. Going back to Tolino’s ASAP. They should NOT advertise 2 day delivery and if there IS a delay, tell your customer. The storm hasn’t hit yet so this whole week they had zero excuse. Also, one employee told us since we aren’t auto pay then we are last on the list. Go to Tolino’s! I tried this company twice and have been disappointed. My first time was in the summer and they took over a week.

Very sad. I was a long-time customer, but these past few years, Santarelli's service has gotten worse and worse. I don't know what happened to Santarelli's, but it's kind of sad.The most recent incident: I paid online for a delivery and waited and waited, as my oil level continued to drop critically low. I called, and no one answered, so I left a voicemail, but never received a call back. A couple of days later, I called again, and this time someone answered, and when she looked me up on the system, she found that I was NOT EVEN SCHEDULED for a delivery.I switched oil companies.
