Ninisha was so sweet and she really went above & beyond helping me with the issue I was having emailing/printing my return label to send package back to retail store. I appreciated her patience and friendly attitude.

UPS corporate needs to investigate this DISGUSTING Family. This was my favorite UPS store until new owners took over. RUDE and over charge to make a quick buck. You would think with all these bad reviews this family would stop blindly following the owner. So go ahead and respond to this with a generic “we are sorry your experience was unsatisfactory blah blah blah” you are unfixable. Sell to new owners.

Nice enough staff, however they are still learning how to run the store and are at times flustered and slow. Patience is a virtue when going there now.

Trashcan business. Check receipt because they add and upcharge stuff that wasn't even purchased. I never leave bad reviews but this place is terrible.

The employees of this store are clearly scraped from the bottom of the barrel. I’ve never seen more clueless, unhelpful people. It’s actually a sad reflection on our education system. These people should be in a special institution, not handling valuable packages.

Every time I go there to return a package they have been amazing and will make sure the new label and the package is secure for return. Very friendly staff.

The more I go to this place, the more frustrated I get. I will NOT be going back. It’s sad that sending documents electronically by far exceeds the price of sending it through the mail. To feed a 35 page document through a machine and dial a phone number cost me $57 today. $3 for the cover page and $1.50 per PIECE OF PAPER following. Should I have checked the cost beforehand, yes, but the employee I handed a large document to, to have faxed, could've pointed out that it would be costly.Even to email something to be printed, they charge you a “file read” charge. I believe is $5 ish dollars. To OPEN AN EMAIL. It’s just upsetting and the prices at these stores are over the top. Not a happy camper right now.

Was given conflicting information over the phone concerning next-day shipping compared to what the staff told me in person.I needed a document shipped Sunday to arrive Monday, but staff were saying they could only guarantee Tuesday delivery (at the earliest!). Overall they didn't seem to be familiar with the timetables or shipping policies, so I ended up not using this location.

This location is usually one of my favorite locations. I was disappointed during my last visit however when store hours were indicating it would be open at 8:30am on Saturday, and doors were shuttered. I waited until 8:45, and finally decided to leave.

I drove my friend 45 minutes for appointment for finger printing wasted my gas and gas isn't cheap. The person was rude and told him the person didn't come into work. They never cancelled the appointment this is unexceptionable I want reimburse for my time and gas. I don't know if the person there isn't allowed to do the finger printing or they just to lazy to do it.

Went to my appointment to get fingerprinted for an employer and was told that the employee called off and I need to cancel. They didn’t contact me to let me know ahead of time after driving about an hour out of my way. No apology or anything just “you need to cancel”

I went in this morning for a notary and was greeted by what I believe were a mother and daughter setting up shop. I expected it to be a very informal process but it turned into a lovely conversation with the supervisor/manager of the establishment. She was very helpful, polite and kind. If you're looking for a notary with fast and kind service or any of your shipping needs, this is the place to go to!

I went in to send back an Amazon package. Brea helped customer after customer by herself and most of them were unhappy. By the time it was my turn she stayed positive and helped me resolve my issue. I’m not sure how this store would function without her.
