Drop off was done totally by smart phone. The place was closed, but U-Haul online made the process very easy!

A very painless & pleasant experience. Got just what I needed and no fluff or extras that I didn't need. After 6 months, I needed to find my receipt for tax purposes to no avail, but logging onto the Uhaul website allowed me to find my old receipt and print it out. How convenient is that? Thanks, guys.
