“I just picked up my car from Hawkins Collision in Danville and I just need to express my profound gratitude for a job above and beyond well done. Throughout the entire process, from start to finish, each staff member treated me with utmost kindness and professionalism, which goes a long way after you feel shaken up from a car accident. The process was explained to me (I’m someone who knows nothing about cars) with thoughtfulness and patience. All the complex moving parts of getting the services covered by the liable party’s insurance were covered by Hawkins staff, who kept me updated with each step. Arrangements for a reliable and beautiful rental car were made, and I seamlessly went to work as scheduled after dropping my car off. Text messages keeping me updated were periodically sent to my phone, and on the planned day of pickup, right on schedule, I got a voicemail update that I could pick up my car. What an IMPECCABLE job. “Can’t say enough good things about this place. I had my my machine work done and rebuild kit ordered through here. The owner is a perfectionist and makes sure things are done correctly. I did the reassembly myself and the owner took time to explain into detail all the different things to watch out for during the rebuild. And answered any questions I had along the way. You won’t find any machine shop more knowledgeable around here then Snyder’s. I would highly recommend to anyone”

“Today I received wonderful very needed help at Advance Auto Parts in Coal Township, Pennsylvania. The young man who had a great attitude and was extremely helpful and courteous is named Austin. Because of his help and the help of a local towing business employee I was able to finish the long drive back to my home. My car insurance company roadside assistance contractor turned up no help at all for me after almost 2 hours. I give all the thanks to God for having two people close to my disabled car location who helped as soon as they got word of my situation. It was almost too difficult for me to use the online roadside assistance form but I did get it done. It's much easier to be able to get a live operatoror right away to speak to as used to happen. I was dealing with several different people 2000 miles away. I really want to be able to get a live person faster as it used to be after calling my insurance claim number. I really do thank God for Austin's help in particular. And for the help of a female working with the local tow truck business.”
