The owner was so sweet with my dogs! I can't touch my Dakotas nails. He put her on the table, and she didn't move the entire time. Plus he gave her lots of kisses!! Great place.

First he forgot my number to reschedule me, so that was trip one, so I went down at 830am for my appointment. Noone was there. Trip two. Went back down an hour later still noone. Trip 3. There won't be a trip 4 ever, and I'd advise you to never make a trip one

completely unprofessional. I took my dog down there to be told that he couldn't do it because his clippers died and he forgot my phone number. so I understood and rescheduled with him for today at 8:30. and watched him write my number down. went down at 8:30 no one there, went down at 9 no one there, went down at 9:30 no one there, he didn't show up till noon. I understand things might come up unexpectedly, and I get that, but have the common courtesy to call me considering I work steady second shift.
