They never answer the phone when you call to see if they have an item in store and seeing as it's a 15 minute ride to the store it would be nice if the employees could be taught to answer the phone. They are lovely in store

Since the beginning of winter 3 months ago, Dollar General in Patton ,PA has not shoveled any snow off the sidewalk. This has created a a dangerous situation for customers and Patton residents trying to walk safely on the sidewalk ... the employees inside the store have always been kind and helpful, but this is a serious issue that needs to be remedied.

I hate dollar generals in altoona. But when i go to patton to visit my sister i always stop at this one. So much better!

Very cluttered with items not put away. I am starting to not like dollar general because their employees do not seem to want to do their jobs and keep the stores clean and picked up and put away.

Store is conveniently located in town. Friendly staff to assist. Store often has lots of containers needing to be put up on shelves or empty cardboard boxes blocking the isles that are narrow and difficult to maneuver in. Items sell out fast and may take time to get back in stock.
