Getting tired of having to come back for them to fix my orders, this time I order a croissant with regular cream cheese and there is a little tiny drop of it. Also, they are always talking and laughing out loud while handling food, spitting all over it...yuck

Evertime I come into this one, the people that work here seem to actually care about making sure customers are happy. The 3 ring circus Gap WaWa needs to take pointers from Parkesburg one of how to actually not be to completely idiotic screw ups. But you have the good stores and the idiotic stores. Which I know go's back to who's the management actually caring about their reputation. And seriously seems Parksburg WaWa seems take their job seriously; which is a serious breath of fresh air from dealing with the 3 ring circus Gap one.

This Wawa is so gross I felt like I needed a vaccine after leaving. The urinal had a toupee of pubes, the counters were disgusting, the napkin dispensers were disgusting. The parking lot was actually cleaner than the inside.

The bathroom was so dirty. They was tampons pouring out of the garbage can. Their was stuff stuck all over the bathroom door. Their was toilet paper all over the floor. The toilet seat had pee all over it and their was pee on the floor. I love this place and hate to see the bathrooms like this. I understand they bush but should they have someone to at least keep up with the bathrooms.

I fuel up at this wawa everyday, I usually order food, but at like 5 times in the past month my order was screwed up. Today I ordered a breakfast burrito for 7 dollars and it was the size of a taquito. On Monday i ordered a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and they literally put egg salad on it instead of scrambled eggs

I ordered on the app, went inside to pick it up on time. Waited 15 minutes did not hear the order called out. I asked the worker where my order was she said they don’t have it, someone probably took it. She said check at the register to see if it’s there. I stood in line and the guy said he doesn’t have it, he checked my phone and confirmed I paid for it. He told me I have to reorder and pay again! They were very rude! I walked out the door without the food I payed for!

This was my first Wawa experience, as told by a Sheetz regular.
Upon entering, the whole aesthetic of Wawa was “light and bright,” giving the place a space age glow. I first visited the restroom, which was very clean! I liked that they had a machine with a lever to disperse the toilet seat cover. I disliked that they had a loud hand blow dryer- paper towels are the way to go. The bathroom was a nice two-staller, the worst part about it was that the music was just too loud in there.
Moving on, the snack selection has generally has less offerings than Sheetz, but more variety in the products they do stock. I believe I saw cheddar stuffed Bugles in there, when I have never seen a Bugle flavor other than the regular. They also had XL 16 piece Hershey bars, which is another variety I’d never seen before. I did expect there to be more Hershey products, being so close to Hershey! For what Wawa lacks in snacks, it makes up for in energy drinks. Holy cow! They had a whole wall of just energy drinks. I thought it was odd that they had the lottery machine interested into the snack aisles.
The coffee bar was so physically large that it was excessive. In fairness, I haven’t witnessed this Wawa during the morning rush, but I don’t see how the set-up is going to help anyone get through faster. It’s hard to see into all those little black bins, and they’re not labeled. There is seemingly no order to how everything at the coffee bar is arranged. The height of the bins isn’t helpful either, it’s inconvenient to have to reach and search that high. I did like that they had the quarts of milk in a cooler. That is much better than having to open and pour 4 miniature creamers into a coffee.
A general note is that I wished more things were visibly priced. The coffee cups were not, but I’m happy to report that a 24 ounce hot coffee is $2.59. Prices also were very clear on the food ordering tablet either. I noticed it didn’t give you a final total before you pressed “Print and order.”
The ordering tablet program was lacking overall. I had to click every option on the home screen to get an idea of what food they had. For example, there was a dinner section. That could be anything. I think making more of these home categories and adding big pictures would help. There are also less nit picky customizable options than Sheetz has, in my opinion.
It’s so interesting that they offer soup! I would like to try it someday. I think the amount of mac n’ cheese varieties is fun as well. Their food is sorely lacking in the finger food category. I saw that they sometimes have mozzarella sticks under a heat lamp by the self checkout, but they were out! If I’m going to a gas station “restaurant,” all I want to eat are appetizers, and Wawa just don’t got ‘em. As a vegetarian, that is my main meal when I go to Sheetz: mac bites, mozz sticks, tater tots.
The ordering window here doesn’t seem to be a good setup. I don’t know how to improve it, but it just doesn’t feel like it’s as efficient as it could be. It also appears that you need to pay for condiments? That’s crazy.
My only real complaint about this Wawa is that there was an army of workers, yet the food was coming out slow as molasses. What are all yinz doing back there? Pick up the pace a little, geesh. Maybe the Lancasterians are just all Very patient people.
I also expected to be able to get some good local milk or cheese here given the proximity to the Amish. Why does Wawa not support the local farmers? I know I’ve seen Pittsburgh’s local dairy, Turner’s, at Sheetz.
My overall conclusion is that Wawa has better infrastructure (brand aesthetic excluding the digital ordering menu, building aesthetic/flow minus the coffee bar, very nice & clean bathroom), while Sheetz has better food. Period. With only slight bias, I pronounce Sheetz to be the better chain because of their food.

I think its time for this WAWA to shut down. The french fries are the worst I have ever had. I ordered once and they were hot and fresh but the last 3 times they have been cold and soggy, ready before my sandwich and the place is always a wreck. This wawa is on my no-go no-mo list. There are plenty of other great wawa's that are clean and have great food. I'm calling out management on this one.

Edit:5/24. Im going to have to start admitting. Wawa is loosing its flair, they seem to be changing their computer interface for sandwiches to "accommodate" a board varety and dropping the ball on the basics, all i wanted was a italian sub and a carton of smokes. Went to the computer, and it seems to be every option except for the subs at the initial menu.
Wawa seems to believe they're Pizza rivals domino's, or their burgers rival FiveGuys, or their steak sandwiches rival any place in philly that makes steaks
Your entire menu is flag shipped by custom subs. Literally, all you have to do is make higher quality deli subs that people can trust and didn't have rats crawling all over it and your golden.
Id love to know who came up with the idea of expanding Wawa's menu because they should be fired. Its steering wawa the wrong way if i can't simply just walk in and get out without being annoyed and irritated enough to give a lengthy review about wawa loosings its charm.
The negative reviews are a lie, Wawa is life

Stopped here for a quick coffee and Wawa did not disappoint. Only wanted decaf, but couldn't resist a shot of their Blueberry Cobbler high test, which is yummo and made my day!
According to Wawa: "This coffee is packed with flavors of blueberry, buttery brown crumbles, and vanilla. With all this flavor, the Blueberry Cobbler coffee has zero sugar ... [and is] Rainforest Alliance Certified to promote sustainability in agriculture."
Also don't think $2 for 12 ounces is unreasonable these days ...

Wont let u put a hash brown in the burrito anymore and on top of that the burrito is like half the size now for the same price. Another place I won’t be going for food anymore.

If you don’t already know, the staff at this Wawa are a fantastic company and they know how important they are in regards to their community, but social distancing is a huge concern…
Parking: It’s wonderful that they are so accommodating, but you need to be careful because the traffic flys through there.
