Unbelievable, I entered this UPS store. And there were dogs roaming freely in the store. One was just lying "Chilling" right on the counter where customers conduct business.? UPS.

(I would like to state that all the other employees at this location have been great, and I don't want this review to reflect them at all.)The Store Manager was unreasonable, overreacting, unprofessional, and rude.I was politely trying to solve an issue due to a claim and UPS Capital redirecting me to speak to the Franchise Owner.But the Manager refused to provide me contact information, stating she was essentially the owner as she ran the store.She got upset at me for trying to get clarification, and for not accepting that "the employees always say things perfectly" as a valid response to my issues.Then she later contradicted herself, and claimed that it was my responsibility to know to enter a value to receive additional coverage(Of which they cannot offer to us she claims).Basically passing the blame to the customer, and having a cop out to avoid covering expenses of a damaged item.I have interacted with her in the past, and she has always been curt, and less than friendly, but I was willing to brush that off.This was just one of the worst interactions I have ever experienced with Customer Service.None of this was helped that the internet was out, and we couldn't even look at everything on the same page, at no fault of the store.

I have never had an issue at this store before, but tonight I did when i stopped by after my 10 and a half hour shift at work. I was outright refused service by the lady working that night. I needed my fingerprints done for school and I waited patiently in line. I asked the male associate if he could help me get my fingerprints scanned. I had all of my documents and QR codes ready in hand. The other coworker then came in. He asked her if the machine was working. She already had an attitude. She told us it was, but she wouldn't take me. I was rudely told by the woman there that it takes 30 minutes and she would not do it. She then proceeded to be upset over the fact that fingerprints are done at UPS stores and how they should not be. I stayed calm and asked if I could come in tomorrow or wait? I understand it is a busy time. She said no and that this was the busiest week of the month for them. Even though I scheduled and purchased my prints for this store she said that she called and any other store would do it and to go somewhere else. Which shows I was not the first she sent away. My scan card only lasts 30 days and my scan is already 11 days old. I asked what to do if my scan expired because they wouldn't take me. The male associate said it wasn't associated with their store and not their problem. I did not want to be rude or cause a scene, because I knew it would not help my situation so i respectly left and called another store. So now I have to drive half an hour tomorrow after work rather than get it done here which is 10 minutes away. And there is nothing I can do..

The staff on this location is great. Very friendly and helpful. I will never go to any other ups besides this one.

This is an excellent establishment, which features a now rare level of customer service.Specifically, the gentleman behind the counter patiently listened to our packaging needs for our precious antiques.He also advised us on our best packaging and pricing options as well as demonstrated HOW he would package the items.Most of all, our items arrived safely.My wife and I would like to thank this gentleman, although we do not recall his name, although we do recall he is a Latino from Chicago.

2/8/23- Terrible customer service from the woman with blue/green hair - I took my son for a passport photo- she rudely denied taking the photo- stated legally they cannot take photos of minors, this not true, after speaking to the post office who assured me, they accept any 2x2 passport taken at any facility that takes these photos. This woman was one the rudest people - she should not be working with people and maybe learn what she is actually doing. See Rules below - the UPS store may need to speak to all employees about the rules- Post office also backed these statements.Ways To Get a Passport Photo for a MinorDepending on your preferences, you can choose one of the following ways to get a passport picture of a minor:Visiting a professional to get a physical passport photo—Feel free to take your child to any photo studio in your vicinity. So glad I found this UPS store I was returning a couple of items from Amazon and the young lady Christina was so extremely helpful and polite she handled everything! All I had to do was open my Amazon app and she did the rest . Plus I was wondering what the cost would be to ship something overnight and we had to guess size , weight and hight but she was able to give me an idea of what it would be. Again Christina was extremely helpful and polite and very professional, I highly recommend this store

Dropped off an Amazon return which was handled efficiently. I also asked for the young woman behind the counter for a single sheet of paper to be printed, she was very accommodating and polite.

Poor interaction, I went to get a piece of paper notarized. the lady automatically said I can't sign this it has no place for me to sign. I then called the county, that provided me the paper asked if I had the right piece of paper for it to be notarized. they said that I did have the right paper, and all they had to do was stamp and sign at the bottom. the lady refused to be any help and she tried to say that I was trying to get her license to notarize taken away if she signed something like this and she got loud with me saying my realtor was wrong and should have never gotten me to go anywhere with a document like this. Practically yelling at me when I at no time every resized my voice.

I don’t go to the local ship it/pack it store because they won’t scan the package label and provide a receipt that the package was turned over to them. I understand that they are not ups. I’ve been to the Parkersburg UPS store numerous times, have never had any issues, and the staff is always friendly.
