Very interesting experience in this location today.
I went in to get some prints done and had my 2 year old with me. After I set her down to attempt to work the printer, a dog ran up to her. Seemed friendly enough but took me aback that a dog was in the store. I was informed that it wasn’t a self service printing store, and began talking to the gentlemen behind the counter about what I needed. During this time, a woman behind the counter had called the dog back and my child being curious to where the friendly dog was going, ran to the end of the counter after it. Once she got to the end, the woman barked at her to stop. Now I understand my child couldn’t be behind the counter and needed to be told not to go there, but she did it so rudely and abruptly that it caused my child to cry. We wrapped up the rest of the transaction and I was able to get what I needed, but very odd that a dog is allowed to run freely through the store. Had the dog decided to bite my child, this would be a completely different conversation so to have the woman provide this type of experience is a bit uncalled for. Can honestly say I’ll return to the competitors I normally use to avoid this type of service/environment.

Cashiers wearing a halter top, barely. More like a sports bra where you can see your entire stomach and belly button ring… what is wrong with this picture. I thought UPS was a professional business…

I was yelled at by an employee while doing an Amazon return. She demanded to know if the sandwich in my other hand contained pork. It did not. Then , she told me not to bring in any food because they had service dogs. If you don't want food in the store, please put a sign on the door instead of yelling at customers.

Not the place to go for any sort of copies, document printing, or customer service. If all you need to do is drop off a return, it’s fine. Workers are rude at best.

I just had the most bizarre experience at the Parkesburg store. I actually thought I was on a hidden camera show. I walked in to see the young girl sitting behind the counter on her phone. She immediately stood and asked if I needed help. I said “yes I’d like to get some copies made please.” ( I’m a District Manager for a large corporation in the area and use this location often) The young women said “oh my manager told me to just focus on shipments today so we aren’t making copies!
I look around and say “but there is nobody here?!” And she said “yep that’s what my manager said to do!” . I looked around again shook my head, said “bizarre” and left.
I’m also the same client who had a wonderful experience here in the summer and came back with a Thank you note and a $20 Walmart giftcard for the women who helped me that day.
I just feel like this situation was handled all wrong. The young lady was clearly texting on her phone, she could have atleast said “the printers aren’t working” . I will be taking our corporate printing needs elsewhere from now on.

The new woman up there she so disrespectful, i think she is there just to walk her dog inside the store, she doesn’t know how to talk to customers, I called to ask if they are taking returns packages from Pitney and she said she don’t have no idea and i asked to talked to someone else who knows the answer, she said no then she hang up the phone. I went to the store physically to leave my package and she saw me and told me that if I don’t like the service there to go to post office. And do you know what she did? She sent me back my package to my house , I was shocked why she didn’t that

Due to me being handicapped i had to have someone drive with me so i could get out in front if store and use my vehicle to help me with my cane to get up on sidewalk. The area to walk from a lower level sidewalk is too far for me to walk. And im unable to step up from road to top of sidewalk no ramp or railing.

I am at the UPS store frequently either to ship items or for Amazon returns. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! I love going in and visiting with the dogs as well! I would highly recommend this UPS store!

Smells like dog. Why are dogs allowed, They are laying on the counters. Very dirty. Large boxes of packages lined up by the walls. Isn't this a fire hazard? Looking for a new shipping location.
