dr Cuneo is amazing but unfortunately this office has trouble getting things done in a timely manner and consistently delays my referrals, scripts and care. It’s super hard to get an appointment and I have had frequent issues with them not calling me back with answers to my questions and not answering the messages sent through the patient portal. It took weeks of calling regularly to get them to send the script to a specialist they referred me to see. And every time I called they told me they had submitted it but it was never received by the specialist. I had to go in person and request a paper copy of the script and had to wait for them to write it and print it for me while I was there even though it was supposedly written weeks prior.

My excellent Doctor Dr. Gabe Ruggiero retired so I was assigned to this place. I waited in hold for 45 minutes. Once I reached a human I explained that I was a person who gets two colds a year relating to seasonal allergies. If it goes to my chest I need amoxicillin. I asked to make an appt. And to schedule that but in the interim to call me in amoxicillin bc it was Friday and. Holiday and I knew what this was about. I wasn't calling for.pain meds or to get some saleable prescription I was asking for amoxicillin. Literally the most common antibiotic in the world. She refused to call it in. She was rude. I would first.of all never go there you would die before you reached a doctor and second of all these ppl have no common sense. Stay far away interview your doctor and find one who uses common sense vs robotic protocols. Every situation is different and amoxicillin has zero street value or uses other than to stop infections. By Monday I could be bedridden right now I'm okay but a person almost 50 knows their body. I go to the Dr. Twice a year and it's always the same thing. Ridiculously poor customer service. Stay away.

This practice makes it clear that they do not prioritize patients. Even patients with serious chronic illnesses can’t get appointments. And its obvious their total disregard for their patients since they can’t be bothered by answering their own phone and instead redirect you to a service that is not even in the same town. Going to this practice caused me a great deal of medical trauma that I have had to work on in therapy for years. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking to get better.

Doctors are rude and they don’t help you at all. I showed up 6 minutes late and she wouldn’t see me. I will definitely be finding a new doctor!

Most horrible place you can go. They don’t treat you like an individual or have any bed side manner. Been calling for two weeks to get my grandmas medicine refilled and no one can answer the phone or callback from my voicemail. Unsure what to do now.

I see some negative comments here. Maybe those folks are going to a different place. The receptionists, doctor’s aides and the doctors their could not have been more helpful or accommodating.I rarely review anything but I have been ? satisfied with my treatment and interactions. They have gone above and beyond in the Parkersburg office for me on multiple occasions.

Dr. Cuneo is very attentive and really listens to your questions and concerns. The staff remember you and feel apart of your family in a way.

I have never written a review before but I see a psychiatric nurse here who I absolutely love. I have struggled with my mental health for a very long time and I finally found meds that work. Yes seems too good to be true. The receptionists never call me to schedule a recheck visit like my nurse says they would, and then when you call to schedule it you have to go through 3 different numbers to get in contact with the correct department just to be sent to voicemail. And no, no one calls you back. So you have to find time during your busy day at work to call them multiple times just to schedule an appointment. THEN when your meds are running out, you call them for refills and of course no one answers so you have your pharmacy call and they can’t even get in contact with anyone. So now I have been physically sick and having withdrawal symptoms for almost 2 weeks because no one cares enough to do their jobs. This place may be great for physical health but LGH/Penn Medicine puts mental health patients as a last priority.

Absolutely horrible. 0 stars should be an option. Called and got 2 different answers for a test that was needed quickly. Placed on hold forever. Called back, placed on hold. Abominable. If you don't have an emergency and are looking to waste your time, please call them or stop by.

The nurse Dianne was so rude to me today that I will certainly never return. I'm already very sick and waiting forever in their waiting room, I don't need a sh!t attitude from the nurse. On the flip side the Physicians Assistant Michael was very nice and thorough.

The doctors and staff are pleasant people, but they screw up every time we ask for mail order refills and they don’t have enough doctors staffed in their office. Most of the physicians that used to work in their office have either left or moved to urgent care, so when you call for an appt you will be told that urgent care is available since you can’t get an appt for months within the family care office. Urgent care is far more expensive btw. Again, pleasant staff, but too many screw ups with mail order refills, appts and paperwork are forcing us to find another doctor elsewhere because we feel they are incompetent. Dr. DiMarco and Dr. Lieb were awesome, but no longer work in this facility.

I really like this place, mainly because all the labs are done on premises, it is great not having to go somewhere else to get blood draws. Also I have seen every doctor and they all are excellent.

Tried to schedule an appointment there for not an urgent matter 5 times, 4 times for myself and 1 time for my husband. Each time, I got the appointment 3-4 weeks later. I was always referred to their urgent care unit which charges $100 co-pay in stead of $15. I visited the urgent care once and guess who I have seen... Yes, the same primary care physician that did not have any appointments for the upcoming three weeks. I consider this a scam. I did not require same day appointment, not even next day. We could have waited 2-3 days, its OK I understand; but 3-4 WEEKS? Seriously? This is medical care? Medical facilities that leave their patient suffering for weeks because they schedule their medical personnel in facilities where they can make more money? AWFUL! Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
