I got lucky and got in to see a doctor fairly quickly. The visit was actually too quick. Although the staff were polite. It felt like I was being rushed. my concern and the reason I am writing this is that they took a swab and had it sent out, told me to "go online to see results". My problem is that not everyone is capable of doing that. Example there were other patients in there that were Amish/Mennonite whom doesn't use these technologies. And then there are the elderly who do not. I never got a phone call with my diagnosis however the next day I got a email to say I had a bill. Getting the bill before my diagnosis was a little annoying to me. I am tech savvy and was able to see my result however, it said it wasn't read by the doctor yet and not too take it for being the actual result. Not just this place, but all places medical facilities, are becoming less attached to their work. With peoples lives in their hands it's not a comfortable feeling. This issue I am bringing up can be easily fixed with increasing their communications directly to the patient in a timely manner. I hope it gets better for all of us.

Dr. Matthew Molnar & LG Health are an absolute horror show. I had my annual physical with him, it was my first time to the practice, in Oct 2023 & he seemed to listen, but it was billed as "new patient visit" instead of "annual physical," so I've received a bill for over $200 for lab work that insurance should have covered had it been billed properly. I've been dealing with a re-bill for months now & have been ignored, denied, treated rudely & even hung up on by his staff (Sabrina, to be specific) b/c they refuse to fix their mistake & I'm on the hook for hundreds of dollars b/c of it.I certainly know why I had an appointment with them. I was most definitely there for my annual physical. I even requested a document stating I had my physical to submit to my employer's HR department since I get a discount on my insurance for it. I am absolutely horrified by how Dr. Molnar, his staff and the lab have treated me. If I had been aware my lab work would cost me $216 I wouldn't have had it done.I've also had issues with communications & getting my prescription re-filled. The main reason I had the Oct 2024 appointment was to get my one prescription filled. I had the bloodwork as required, yet over a month later, unbeknownst to me, my prescription hadn't been called in. I called on a Friday morning to get the scrip & left a message, nobody had the courtesy to return my call. I called Saturday & got the skeleton crew, I was told they'd call in the scrip but nobody followed up. The end result was I had to go a day without a prescription I have to take every day. He did, however call in a new prescription that I have not taken b/c I have questions about it that apparently the Doctor will not answer. On the communications front, Dr. Molnar, like the typical millenial, refuses to have any verbal conversations with his patients. Everything has to be done on their website. As a patient who's getting older & having more & more health problems I prefer to have actual discussions with my doctor. About two weeks after I had the bloodwork done some kind of administrative assistant called to review the results with me. She didn't even know how to pronounce some things on the results. I had questions she could not answer. She told me she'd have Dr. Molnar call me. He never did, which is why I never took the new prescription he called in for me. I do not take medication without knowing why, & I was never really told why.Matthew Molnar & LG Health are a perfect example of everything that is wrong with our health care industry (that's INDUSTRY, not SYSTEM). Profits over patients.

An absolute horror show. Doctors refuse to communicate with patients unless it's through a website. Questions about bloodwork & prescriptions are not answered. Billing is a nightmare with bills to insurance companies being coded wrong & patient being on the hook for hundreds of dollars insurance should have covered. Staff is rude & unhelpful. LG Health is a perfect example of everything that is wrong with our health care industry. Profits over patients.

Your practice is absolutely the worst! The “nurse” I was speaking with decided she didn’t like the conversation we were having and hung up the phone on me. I have made numerous calls to the practice manager as well as the complaint line with no return call

I was looking for a new doctor and found one but the staff at the office is very unprofessional I been calling the office for a over month and can never get ahold of the staff left messages and web messages nobody called back . I stopped in the office to ask a question and everyone of the stuff was rude they talked about my person information in front of other patients checking in which was a violation of hippa ,then have a non clinical staff member try to tell me about medical information and he couldn’t even answer my questions. The staff proceeded to tell me I should make an appointment but they have any openings until Jan . If you need medical care find a different place

Why is it so difficult to speak to somebody on the team? I am, 19 year old female who struggles with bipolar disorder and they make it absolutely impossible to reach anybody and ask for help. It's like they don't care about they're patients. It's ridiculous, genuinely

Penn medicine physical therapy in Lebanon PA This physical therapy office in Lebanon is a scam. They are NOT physical therapy. They invoice patients like they visited the hospital instead of invoicing for physical therapy as required. They indicated they were physical therapy office which is fraud. They did not help any of the issues, and then invoiced for almost $600 for 2 visits instead of billing our insurance company for physical therapy of which we have a $30 copay. Very nasty people on phone to discuss billing issues. Do NOT recommended Penn medicine!!! Do not go there for any service.

I called to see if they had an appointment before Oct. 30th and the nurse told me to try another practice because they have nothing before that. That is great customer service to say to a new patient.

The LGH Parkesburg front desk, the Diagnostic Imaging team, and specifically Holly were OUTSTANDING. Every person we interacted with was kind, caring, and empathetic to the needs and testing my 88-year-old grandmother needed. Holly went ABOVE and BEYOND. My grandmother's PCP only required a partial CT scan, and Holly stepped in, expressing her desire to make the most of our time and opportunity to have an entire abdominal scan. To do so, Holly had to call the PCP multiple times for approval and instantly became my grandmother's advocate. Holly could have completed the scan as it was written and went about her day, but she didn't. Holly is why my grandmother's cancer was detected to the extent that it was, and it's because of Holly that our family can now make educated decisions to get my grandmother the care she needs moving forward. Thank you, Holly and the Parkesburg team. We are so grateful to every one of you.

I've been to several Penn medicine locations and this is by far the most friendly, nice place to go. I always find appointments to be really easy to make and the staff super helpful. Thanks for being such a calming place to go to receive care

I was there on New Year's Day with no appointment, walked in and was registered right away and taken into an examining room fairly quickly after that. Staff was professional and friendly, from front desk to nursing and attending dr. I won't hesitate to go back there for any future needs.

Just had my son there, literally an hour ago. The ultrasound tech was amazing with my 5 month old. We already have his test results back, too!

Was on time for appt, waited almost an hour in the car and then my 4 year old needed to use the restroom - walked inside and was told we couldn’t. Told her to pee in the parking lot before the rude front desk then allowed her to use one in the patient area.
