We come every year for the corn. Decided to try an apple pie last season and it was the worst apple pie we have ever had. Barely any apple or seasoning. It was mostly a clear gelatin filling. We will still be back for the produce!

I always anticipate the yearly opening of King's. They absolutely have the best produce and for me it's so close! The season is so short! My favorites are the tomatoes and bi-color corn, you will not find better anywhere else. I love to buy local when I can and this year I found myself going a few times a week. See you next year!

My family has been buying their Sweet Corn from Henry & Anna King, since I was 4, maybe longer. Now I buy from Dave & Kathy King. We freeze it for our holiday meals, and my daughter's birthday dinner. They sell lots of fresh produce, baked goods and Zooks chicken pies. A stop well worth making!
