Recently purchased a vehicle from here. Our sales Rep was Jenn and let me just say this was an easy stress free process. We showed up prior to them closing but she still came out with a smile and assisted us, answered any questions we had. Amazing service ! Came by the next day for our new vehicle and everything was ready to go!

This review is strictly of the quality of the service department, our sales guy Mike was good to deal with to note. My wife just purchased a jeep from here which they freshly inspected. Me being mechanically inclined, I looked over in their parking lot on the ground best I could and knowing I can fix this stuff figured sure we'll get it. I noticed a couple things wrong which the most major at the time being lower control arm bushings were heavily worn. I could move the whole tire,arm, and front differential on the ground and you could hear it. Mike brought it to service attention right away and they didn't see an issue so Mike brought the price down and threw in a free alignment after I replace it because even he knew that wasn't right. Front pinion seal leaking as well. She buys it, and same night wipers come on by themselves ( electrical issue/bad switch to figure out). Next morning check engine light comes on, emissions related p0441. My findings was purge control valve laying loosely in engine bay, and hose from valve to intake manifold bent out of the way disconnected(emissions failure) assuming they turned the light off to quickly pass it. Probably unhooked it while changing the battery and cables which was listed under the Carfax as recent by them and forgot to fully do a job right. Negative battery terminal loose. I noticed LF turn signal not illuminated, found broken wire. Another major concern I noticed after finding all of this I kept looking, was a snap ring holding the steering linkage to the pitman arm is broken in half, this could have came undone and lost steering while driving(inspection check point checking steering and suspension components). During their service they greased the fittings which one being right at the pitman arm and snap ring in clear sight. Ripped cv boot. Pictures show a thousand words, wish I could post video of loose cable and worn bushings. If you buy from here bring someone who knows about cars or expect to have to dish out some unexpected money for repairs rather quickly after.

The sale manager is a cocky young guy who will cut you off and mansplain before you even get your thought out. Then when you request a price reduction he will yell and state they can't do better in price. I left crying. They must make it a habit of yelling at customers here.
