George is very knowledgeable and honest. He is never trying to run up your bill. George will let you know what the cost is beforehand. I am NEVER disappointed. All my family goes to him. If you want honesty and do not want to bring your car back to the shop 10 times, this is the place! I HIGHLY recommend Gordon's Automotive.

I value honesty in my Mechanics. After my Fiancee and I were both individually burned at chain shops several times, I decided "never again" and that I would spend the time to find good shops. We found one near our old apartment, and needed a new one after moving to Coatesville. I knew I found the right place when I brought it in for an inspection, and he didn't pull me inside to doom & gloom me into thousands of dollars of unnecessary work. George is the man. Plain and simple. If something doesn't need to be fixed, he'll say so. If it does, he is fast and reasonable. He has never once hurried or pressured me into buying or fixing something. I have gone for a variety of reasons and gotten top-notch service at reasonable prices, and exactly zero BS. I have sent my fiancee, friends, and business associates to George any time they say they need work done. My reputation and relationships are important in my line of work, and I happily refer people to Gordon's Automotive. They always come back happy and impressed. It is such a relief to all of us that we don't have to go through the big hassle of Retail/Chain Shop jagaloons and their sales techniques anymore - we can avoid all hassle just by bringing it to Gordon's instead.
