20 years ago we purchased a swingset with a slide for our daughters. We’re now coming back to purchase a Shed, which we desperately need. The quality of work and craftsmanship that these folks put into their product is outstanding and worth the fair prices that they charge.

I purchased (2) Adirondack Chairs from Families in 2010. These chairs were solidly built and well constructed. With proper maintenance and care, we’ve had these chairs on our deck for 13 years. This past April, I noticed that a rear support on one chair needed replacement and I contacted Barbara at Families to see if they could repair the chair. Barbara called several of her suppliers and tracked down a replacement part. I brought the 13 year old chair back to them and they stood behind the product and repaired it. Thank you Families for the service and support after 13 years. Great company.

Great prices, quality products and very friendly people. We bought four attachable counter high Adirondack chairs, two Adirondack rocking chairs with side table and foot rest. We absolutely love our patio and deck furniture! Thank you Barbara and Paul.

It seams like customer service has become a thing of the past (especially during this COVID nightmare), but not with Families. They have great products, great prices and even better costumer service. Barbara was such a pleasure to do business with, and Paul was amazing, carrying and building our new playset by himself...IN THE RAIN! We thought for sure our kids were going to be disappointed by a weather delay, but Paul powered through and delivered efficiently! We will absolutely be doing business with Families in the future and will recommend everyone to do the same. Thank you Families!

The FAMILIES crew has been fantastic to work with. They had a great selection, friendly sales team and the delivery and install was quick and professional. We ended up buying a picnic table, 4 comfortable adirondack-style chairs and a swingset for the kids. Highly recommended for selection, competitive prices, great delivery and high integrity and friendliness.

We still love our swingset that we got about 5 years ago! When weather created a crack, Paul was out within a few days to repair it, all under warranty! Love purchasing from a family company that stands behind their product and has excellent customer service.
