This pharmacy has two people Lisa And Jodi that are nice and caring. The rest of the pharmacy personnel are rude, uncaring,no concern for the elderly or any other customer. I waited 7 days for my husbands pain medicine. I waited two weeks for my diabetes medicine and finally had to get it from another pharmacy. When trying to explain something to them about our need for the medicine I was asked what pharmacy I would like them to transfer my script to as they didn’t want to be bothered. They don’t answer the phone when you call and if they do they are rude and will and have hung up on me. I have witnessed them make a 88 year old women wait over an hour for a prescription I have after a year of being treated rudely and not being able to get medication in a timely manner, moved our13 prescriptions to Walmart and have never been happier with the way I’m treated or the promptness of my medication.

Rudest and most unprofessional bunch of people I have ever encountered. Don't seem to care that the elderly can only pick up medications at certain times. Even calling ahead, medications are NEVER ready when they say they will be. Then rudely have you wait an ungodly amount of time, never even telling you when it is ready. Time is money. When picking up and waiting for an elderly person, they have to pay the caregiver for the time they wait for the medication. Would totally be different if staff were even the least bit friendly. Rude, rude, rude. Every single one of them. Take your business anywhere but here. After waiting they then tell you the medicine is not in stock!

So many poor experiences at this CVS. I gave it 2 stars because there are 2 or 3 employees that are quite nice and helpful. The Pharmacist is absolutely rude and has no time for niceties or compassion. Skills that are a must for that role. I know he’s busy but he does not need to be so uncaring and curt. I just picked up a new prescription and he told me all the side effects and horrible things that could go wrong with it. He then asked me if I had any questions and I told him I did. A deep sigh followed. Then don’t ask me if you don’t want to answer my questions. It’s time to switch pharmacies.

I’ve had my scripts sent to CVS my whole life. We moved to Parkesburg 3 years ago and I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. This CVS is awful. Incredibly long wait times for prescriptions to be filled, long wait times to pick up your scripts once they’re done, and rude employees. They don’t care if there’s one person in line or twenty. They move at the same slow speed no matter what. The final straw for me was last week when I had an appointment to be at, but we had an extra 20 minutes to spare, so I decided to stop at CVS to pick up several scripts. I went inside since the drive thru is always a 20-30 minute wait. There was ONE person at the counter picking up her scripts. I thought, “Awesome! We’ll be fine on time.” 15 minutes later, they were still waiting on her. No one opened up another register. I had to leave empty handed so I wasn’t late for my appointment. I was furious and switched all our prescriptions over to Walmart pharmacy. I picked scripts up from Walmart pharmacy yesterday and it was like night and day. I was done in under 5 minutes, even with 2 people in line ahead of me. I’ll never go to this CVS again.

This place has gone downhill like many other businesses since Joe Biden took over. Sad! Prescriptions used to cost me a few dollars not an arm and a leg!

Literally breath-taking and painful incompetence at the pharmacy. While visiting the area for her sister’s wedding, my wife had emergency surgery Sunday afternoon for appendicitis. The hospital sent in a prescription for pain meds on Monday afternoon. We stopped by Wednesday noon on the way to the airport because my wife’s wounds were flaring up. This was 46 hours after the prescription had been sent in. They had not even started on it and said it would take several hours to confirm with the doctor and put it together. I know pharmacies are not usually shining examples of customer service or efficiency, but this was a surprising new low. The staff was very friendly, but that doesn’t take away the physical pain. I’d try your luck at any other pharmacy.

Dave that works in the pharmacy is horrible he has absolutely zero customer service skills. I have heard him talking about other patients personal information in front of other customers. I have been a customer here since it was Longineckers and I’m ready to pull all my prescriptions due to him and his customer service skills. Me and my daughter have asthma and he gives me a hard time every single month with getting our inhalers. Jodi is one of the best employees in the pharmacy she has been there for years and she takes the time to explain things to you correctly and does not treat the customers like they are a bother.

I love cvs. I would love to do my shopping here but it is a little bit pricey. But you do get good coupons and they do have good sales

The pharmacists are rude! I have notes on my chart from my MD who is also an anesthesiologist. I drop off my prescriptions on Thursdays to be filled by Saturday. Then I am told that they are out of some that they had Saturday morning. This is scary for my maintenance meds. The Longnecker employees were never mean. Lisa and Jill seem to be the only pharmacy techs that know their jobs..They can see my xrays..

This location has gone downhill in the past few day since Thursday. I've really missed the excellent service by pharmacy technician Dave, and he's not bad looking either ;). I've heard the talk around town has been about Brett, but his anime eyes are definitely overrated.

I was on a road trip and stopped here to use the restroom, the guy Dave in Pharmacy told me “you might wanna let that one air out, I just dropped some logs off at the saw mill if you catch my drift” really weird experience.

I was made to feel like an addict. I have a chronic neurological disease. I was told that I have never been to this location before, which I have. And that they didn’t have my pain medication and couldn’t say when they would. It was obvious they had no empathy whatsoever. The middle eastern women, pregnant as she may be was very rude. Thanks CVS FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!!!! Send her home to have babies and find a different job outside of retail.As a lifetime customer service manager, she needs to be kicked off the bus.Thank you!!!!Btw, Rite Aid was very helpful!!!That’s where I will go

Negative zero stars !! Your pharmacy techs are absolutely rude and it’s uncalled for .. Whoever the tech was today at the register- needs to go to classes for customer service or learn how to speak to the public before getting a customer service job !

Worst place ever to go. I wouldn’t recommend . The staff on the phone are always rude. They never have the prescriptions ready, and you’re always waiting for a long time when you go inside.
