“My family & I decided to head to the New Balance in Tanger on a whim. We were already at the Philadelphia Premium Outlets, but we were in search of a New Balance store, so we traveled to Lancaster. I think we may have spent about 2 hours shopping & trying on clothes & shoes, but it was worth the trip. My Godson got the sneakers he wanted, along with some hoodies, & his grandmother found a few outfits, too.”
“Excellent Customer Service. We drove out here from Phoenixville after our outlet didn't have my Daughters size in a ski jacket. They had one left, but it had some marks on it. I asked if they had any in the back and they checked, but no. The salesperson then went back again and produced some Shout wipes which helped a little with the mark. She then offered us 20% off if we wanted to take a chance and we agreed. She was so above and beyond helpful. PS Marks came off with a little soap and water at home, and got a great deal.”

Not only did she recognize my challenge in finding the size, but she knew the inventory, which sizes were sold out, and which shoes ran wide. She spent additional time locating another shoe style to order online, and quickly handled that service also. What a treat to not only get comfortable footwear, but also excellent customer service!”

“I want to Thank and Applaud Mary Ann at the Lancaster store. She found my lost earring for me after I tried on clothes and got home and I realized my earring was missing. I called her and she searched for it and found it! She provided excellent service and had it at the counter in a sealed envelope when I drove back to pick it up. “I visited this outlet on 09/30/2023 for the first as part of an all day bus trip enroute to the Sight and Sound Theater to see the play(production) of “ Moses”. Our bus arrived by 9:30 am. The stores all open around 10:00 am. The outlets are strategically positioned. Each store is separated. This is not a mall. This is door-to-door outside shopping per day! Our group had a great time looking and some did purchase items on sale with 40 and 60 Percent cent (discounts) off ,sale signs! I will come back. Ample parking! Beautiful grounds! Great items to purchase!”

“SUPER cute, quality shoes at outlet prices? Yes, please! Lots of varieties and colors, mostly canvas and leather shoes.The store isn't too big, but there's plenty of variety. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. The weekend I went there was a sale - buy one, get up to two additional pairs at half price. So now I have three pairs of crest vibe canvas and leather sneakers. They seem to run a lot of discounts, deals and specials - worth checking their website and if you really dig the style, sign up for email notifications when new sales hit.”

Every time I’m in the store I learn something new about sneakers — from wear patterns on the bottom of my shoes, to how things are made for different activities.
