STAY AWAY!!! THIS COMPANY BILLED ME >$2500 FOR A TOW (3 miles) AND 7 DAYS OF STORAGE FEES. This is called EXTORTION. PA State Police called them and I was unaware of their $650/hour rate. Being from out of state, I assumed that the PA State Police would call a reasonable tow company and trusted them. This company's owner is a thief!

Have had to go to CJs quite a few times over the past year for things from calibrations, oil changes, inspections, etc. Luckily have not needed a tow yet. Really appreciated Megan at the front desk and the service the guys in the shop provide. They are very transparent and do their best to address all the customers concerns and needs. Very nice people. I have always been able to wait on the services and they always got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely be going back and would recommend their services. Thanks CJs!

Very nice group of people. Chris and his mechanics do wonderful work. Got new break pads put on all four, done in no time and in great working order. Don't take your car or truck to your dealership you'll save money here and He's honest and willing to answer questions.

Absolutely the worst shop I’ve ever been to. Charged me $350 to do an enhanced inspection on my truck. And I Only received a page full of “failures” stopping them from passing the truck half of which are not even required for the truck to pass inspection, including fog light out, front marker light orange instead of yellow, and no muffler on my exhaust when there literally is no emission requirements on diesels in PA!!
Do not recommend if you didn’t get the hint.

They put an abandoned title on the towed car. It sat at the garage for approximately 2hrs. They lied about the car having the keys in it when it was towed. And we had the keys. It was not an abandoned vehicle whatsoever. And they overcharged us for the two hours that they had it.
Very dishonest company!! Highly not recommended!!

They came to tow my kids vehicle home (through roadside assistance with insurance co).They left it in front of the house facing the wrong way. Which here, will get you a ticket/fine. I called insurance co and they called the place. The guy said driver saw no signs about parking the wrong way (I have never seen one anywhere, in any town across seven states, ever. I did however get a ticket for parking facing the wrong way when I first moved here. I know others who have also received tickets for it). Then he told the insurance lady he would not send the driver back, I was out of luck. I have been trying to call them for half hour and get nothing.

Recently, I was in an accident. While I was taken to the hospital, they towed my car to their facility. When I went to retrieve my personal belongings, they understood and was very helpful. I appreciate their help ? percent !

A very awful horrible experience we made it very clear to them we did not want the van taken to where they took it instead they took it and put it in storage charged us $930 for it being picked up Saturday and then us picking it up on Wednesday gave us a huge bill of $930. We're very very rude refuse to accept debit cards so that's a huge red flag. Charged us a fee for saying they started up the van they never even attempted to start up the van so there was another lie. Also claimed that they didn't put any of the dents and scratches that were in the van when you pick up a vehicle you must take pictures they took pictures that were black there's a dent in the hood that we never put in the fan the front end and the backend are also messed up thankfully we have current pictures of the vehicle that we ourselves took.

This place is a rip off and over charge for poor service! I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. $930 bill for a short tow and 3.5 days storage charged for 5 days. This place needs shut down for stealing from people!!

I was in the neighborhood and one of my tires had a screw in it and was air. Stopped in with CJ'S to see if they could help. They were very helpful. They fixed the tire promptly for a reasonable. Would recommend them to others. I would recommend others to check them out.

I had Chris come to give a tow at 5/11/2022 and he took my car were it needed to go he did a very very good job and he knew what he was doing I would call CJ’s automotive and towing if I would need a tow again please call them first for a tow .....

I had Marco give me a tow. He showed up in a very reasonable amount of time, and was very quick and professional in doing his job. Excellent service, I would recommend them to anyone for their towing needs.
