This afternoon I needed important extensive documents notarized on a rush basis. Todd Gibbs, the Notary at WFB in Paoli provided excellent service and advice and could not have been nicer about this process. He spent an hour making sure all documents were properly executed.

I was requesting Notary service at this branch. The quick answer was No. I lodged a complaint to this executive office and got a call back apologizing as bank manager provided incorrect information. I hope executives will coach the branch manager that banking is a customer service business. I would not recommend this branch to anybody unless they change staff

I went in to open up a savings account and was rudely informed that they have one banker who many be a couple hours. When i responded I can wait, they suggested I just go online instead. Horrible customer service, will not be back.

I haven't written a review or rating anywhere in at least a decade but I felt it necessary in this case. I've had some clerical issues obtaining a new ID from PennDot which made accessing my account difficult. That issue has been repeatedly solved by lead teller Heather R. She has worked patiently on a few different occasions to help me access my account when I'm sure she has had no obligation to do so. To put it bluntly, Heather has saved my butt more than once and I am very appreciative of that. She's great at her job and an asset to the Paoli, PA branch. I am very thankful to have had her assistance.
I should also mention Todd G. who I have only interacted with on one occasion but his kindness and sincere concern left a great impression with me as well.
In closing, my final decree is awarding Eddie the prestigious Employee of the Month title for his always pleasant disposition and friendly conversation. His recent absence has not gone unnoticed.

have been going to this branch since it became Wells Fargo and even before for 22 years. Chirag is my personal banker and is outstanding on every level snd issue. He is a 5 star banker and i hope this branch will reopen with him still there!

Met with a wonderful banker Chirag Patel a few years ago. Chirag was extremely professional, he completed all of my requests in a very efficient manner. I am very pleased with his services, dressed professional, and had a very nice watch on. I think it was a Casio. Thank you Chirag!

Todd Gibbs is fantastic! I was always impressed by him and always had wonderful interactions with him and numerous other bankers at the Paoli branch. However, my review is only 3 stars because of a very upsetting experience I had a year ago at the Paoli branch, with the Teller Manager, who was very rude to me. I came into the branch because of a letter I received in the mail from one of Wells Fargo's corporate back offices. Apparently, I had an old business checking account, which became dormant, since it was from an old disregarded business entity no longer in operation. That specific account was also overdrawn, so the letter instructed me to either call their 1800 number or visit the local branch to make a deposit. When I entered the branch and tried to make a cash deposit into the account, the teller had to consult with his manager. She then tried to explain that I had to call the 1800 number instead. I then kindly tried to explain that the letter instructed me to come to the local branch, but she kept talking over me. I know that WF has had a myriad of ethical issues in the recent past. This experience, specifically the teller manager's gross lack of respect and professionalism , is reflective of this bank's reprehensible corporate culture. If Wells Fargo hires new associate managers, make sure they at least go through some type of sensitivity training, and get mentored from people like Todd Gibbs. Met with Todd Gibbs and he was beyond helpful and went out of his way to please and find solutions to my issue. My only suggestion would be for him to dress more like the other banker, Constantine. He definitely didn't get his shoes from Target. I'm guessing DSW and guarantee he dropped at least $55 on those puppies!!
