I purchase a lot of picture orders because I make photo albums. I've been to this Walgreens twice since I moved to the area last month. The first time I went, the woman behind the counter gave me a little bit of an issue when asking about my photo orders and them being placed together in the same pack even though I ordered them separately. The second time though, a different woman who was working behind the counter was sweet and gave me just what I needed.

Signed up on their website for a flu vaccine which requires you to enter your age and received an appointment confirmation. Drive 30 minutes to this location to be told they are only giving vaccines for those over 65. All said and done, an hour of my life and gas completely wasted.

I would like to share my opinion about the Photos Desk of this Walgreen. To print a passport photo, you must get the help of store representative. The person that helped me was very kind but not professional. The face in the photo turned too large and the photo was not accepted. Also it took him almost 20 minute to find how to bill me this overpriced photo.

Today is 1/2/2021. My husband has been trying to obtain his prescription for weeks. His physician prescribed an expensive med 3 weeks ago. This pharmacy seems hellbent on never getting this med for my husband. We had it preauthorized by the insurer 2 weeks ago and still this incompetent group of pharmacists could not provide us with THE PRICE much less the drug. We called another pharmacy and obtained that. We called these dreadful people 4 days ago on Wednesday 12/30/31 to advise were picking it up today. We made a second call on Thursday to be sure the med would be ready. We called to confirm this morning and we're told it was ready. I arrived 30 minutes later and no med. Now they say it may come in 2 more days on Monday 1/4. If you actually need and take meds go anywhere but here. They told me to sit Inside their building and wait today. I guess they are not aware of the dangers of sitting inside a store during a pandemic! Smart people these Walgreens pharmacists, guess they never heard of COVID! Idiots!

I always go to this Walgreens only for pictures. Even though I walk directly to the photo counter, I always get a "hello" from whoever is up front if they're not already helping another customer. The photo people are always very friendly and QUICK!! Today I went in to pickup an online order and no one was at the photo counter. I ran the bell that was on the counter top he an assistant and two associates showed up to help and they were both "fighting" over who was going to help out. I love that I can checkout at the photo counter too so I don't have to wait in another line. I highly recommend at least for photos!!

Again,this stores employees are rude disrespectful and discriminate against people I've been experiencing alot of anxiety after my last visit their when I was refused my medication because I couldn't pay the copay, I explained my situation in regards to not working etc,. And was still denied so I snapped out!!!!! After being refused and was told to leave!!!! I did so and called my insurance company and asked if they could do that at which time I was informed that by law they could not deny me, this store was then contacted by said insurance company and told that they shouldn't have denied me at which time they were told that my behavior was the reason why they didn't give it to me when that is clearly a lie!!!if my behavior was so bad why did I sit their for over 20 minutes waiting for it to get filled by them? Huh? Why did the pharmacist bring the meds to the counter then inform me that their was a copay which was right in her behalf but!!!! Why didn't she give it to me and bill me? That's the problem not my behavior the store manager is racist and doesn't know his job or the laws concerning medication protocol I left the store in pain went to another walgreens and was again denied west chester? Why gross negligence that is why not my behavior,I had every right to be madðŸ˜angry and upset!!!! And now the store manager is doing everything possible to try and cover up for their ignorance and disrespect it's all on tape so this needs to be investigated and I'm not going down easy on this one!!! This is a homerun!!! They have security cameras and my friend stood back and taped this as well,so let the games begin!!!

I called this pharmacy to answer a pretty simple question: Do they preform rapid flu tests? After waiting on hold for 13 minutes patiently listening to their tape "our staff are handling other calls and we will answer your call shortly" every 30 seconds. Problem is they never answered my call. I hung up and called the store back and was told the pharmacy closed 5 minutes ago. I am turning 65 next week and just signed up to this company as my drug plan purveyors. Luckily I still have time to cancel them and go w another company. I will call my insurer and change to anyone except Walgreens.
