**I WISH I COULD GIVE IT ZERO**
If your idea of fun is waking up to start your day irritated then Paoli Post Office is the place for you!
They list 8AM as the time they open but you can expect the fun of looking out the window to determine when the first employee plans on showing up.
Think it's not true for the second time in the last 10 days myself and 7-10 other customer spoke and hung out in the vestibule waiting for the store to open.
Sadly the first (only?) employee arrived around 8:14AM but by 8:20AM the post office was still dark.
Don't worry I am working to get in touch with the postmaster to file a real complaint.

Helped me with purchasing a money order which I’ve never done before which I really appreciated! And wasn’t too crowded for a Saturday which was a nice surprise, too!

Thank you Asia! You are the best!I went in today to get help with a money order and it also had to be mailed and I wanted to make sure it arrived and I had proof and a receipt.Asia was terrific. Had all of the paperwork flowing back and forth between us. She explained it all to me and made sure I filled out the correct information in the correct spots.Ten minutes and I was all set and done!Great location to do your business. Very nice people.

Just an FYI: USPS App lists this location as having a self-service kiosk and they do NOT HAVE ONE.

Friendly and helpful staff. They are clearly overworked and understaffed. Sometimes the counter is closed in the middle of the day due to staffing issues. Tough times for the USPS.

Zero stars. Rude and indifferent staff who act inconvenienced when asked to do their job. Expect no less from a quasi-governmental agency with monopoly power and a unionized workforce.

Was able to schedule an appointment on line for minor passport services a week before, got text confirmations. Show up for the appointment with my baby and the worker tells me the passport agent retired 2 months ago. Take my child all the way there for nothing. If this has been going on for two months why haven’t something been done not to allow appts to be scheduled? What a joke

Had an appointment scheduled for 3 weeks to get a new passport. The day before I was emailed it was cancelled due to a “retirement”. No one thought to inform me of this in advance so I could try elsewhere, and there was no offering to assist me in scheduling another appointment. Terrible customer service and will never give them my business.

The woman at the front desk has a nasty attitude and does the bare minimum when it comes to being helpful in any fashion. Will never come here again.
