Deceptive business practices. Lied to me and my partner. Office workers seem to be akigned with this mentality and certainky try to scam people out of money through deception. Very unhappy. I transfer to a new agent, and theyre equally deceptive which leads me to believe the entire agency is deceptive frauds who like to scam already overly taxed pennsylvanians out of being able to live. Disgusted with this entire agency and all their agents. Customer service 1-800 number people were good.

Tom is the consummate professional; again, he has gone above and beyond to help me with a claim wherein the at-fault party's insurance company is having difficulty reaching their insured party. That shouldn't be my problem, but of course it has become mine as I need this resolved.
Tom spent A LOT of time escalating with that insurance company on my behalf, and pending the counter party's insurance company review, I believe this will be resolved this month.
We can't control other drivers' behavior, and when these situations arise, the extreme commitment that Tom has to his clients is absolutely invaluable!

For many years now, we have had our cars and houses insured with Tom French. He is easy to reach on the phone, and always ready to engage no matter what the issue. He recently fought hard for us on a claim, keeping us informed of the progress, until the matter was successfully resolved. Tom is a caring and professional agent who I would recommend highly.
