Watch out when you pick up the phone. He calls you after your parents are dead to see if he can be of any assistance in selling the family home. Cold calling dead peoples daughters is not what I would call doing good business. I’ve been a very successful real estate agent for 18 years and I have never nor would I ever stoop to this level. This happened few days after my first mothers day with out my mom.

It was wonderful working with Ryan Petrucci Real Estate. From the first time we met with him through the closing on the house he was available and professional. He went above and beyond making the process easy and quick. This was for an estate sale and I live quite a distance away. It helped so much having him handle many of the details. Even working it out so I didn’t have to be there for the closing. I’d definitely recommend Ryan.

As a real estate myself, finding someone to sell my condo I thought would be a challenge. I had the pleasure of working with Ryan and his team to sell my condo in PA. His knowledge of the market is extensive and he guided me to a successful closing. The condo I sold was a real headache for me. Thankfully Ryan, Julie and the team took the worries away. I had a wonderful experience working with Ryan and Julie on selling my property in Delaware County PA. After they performed an intensive round of negotiations, Ryan secured a cash sale that was $75,000 over the Asking price, with all inspections waived. and the Buyers being responsible for the Township Use and Occupancy Certificate; all terms were very favorable to me. They performed 125 showings in 4 days! Can't thank them enough for the work and effort they put in to help me sell my property!

When I needed to sell my sister’s house when she unexpectedly died in June, I hired Ryan Petrucci. The house needed work and had to be emptied. Ryan and his transaction manager, Julie Tate, were incredibly helpful. They were always available and quick to respond to many questions.
