So efficient! I checked in at 9:50am for a 10am appointment. I had blood drawn - painlessly - and was back in my car at 9:59am. I wish every medical office was this quick!

I have been going at this location for more than 6 months now. The technicians are very knowledgable and friendly. They make sure the blood drawing process is quick and efficient. Also, they will accommodate your needs if any. Thanks to the staff!

Not specific to this location, quests approach to staffing each location w/ one overworked phlebotomist and funneling everything through a fairly useless central scheduling line provides a very poor customer experience.I started my journey here today, where everyone was being told if their script was in the system they’d need to reschedule because the system was down. I asked what the workaround was, if they’d accept a fax (also electronic) or if my provider sent me a photo could they use that. I was sarcastically told “it doesn’t work like that”Quest, do better. Treat your employees better, enable them to solve problems and treat your customers like humans.Read my review on the Devon location to continue my insane experience!

It's impossible to make an actual and accurate appointment here or at any of them. The automated phone system is infuriating. Even though I made the appointment for 3 hours and for Glucose and the system allowed me to make an 8:30 AM appointment I was turned away because they go to lunch at 11. I could come back after lunch (and starve until then) or the next morning. As if I don't have a job and other responsibilities. They then offered me to drive to Exton or Devon and just walk in. Again, like I have time to do that and like my afternoon isn't already booked with work and other appointments. They just stared at me. Didn't offer me any other days and just said they couldn't confirm if I went to those places I could get it. Have real people schedule appointments. I wasted an entire morning and now have to start the appointment process all over. Won't be at a Quest though since they can't seem to afford to pay real people to take appointments.

My apt was scheduled, on line, at 10:10 am I did not get seen until 11:58. People who were late for their apt and walk-ins were given priority. What is the point of making an apt? I will not be using the quest location at 600 Marshall Ave, West Chester PA 19380, ever again!!! If I could leave zero stars, I would. This is unconscionable. The worst part is, I avoid this location like the plague and have not used it for years…shame on me for thinking it might have improved; it has not!

My experience with Blair was outstanding. She is very professional, careful, friendly and an expert at what she does! It was a pleasure being at Quest Paoli from start to finish. I was seen as soon as I arrived for my appointment. The office is clean, organized and has a good vibe!

Just got my blood work done over there. The ladies working there were super friendly. Best of all, it was a painless process :-)BTW, the Suite # is 170. Consider parking your car on the back of the building, you can find #170 towards the end of the parking lot. It has its own entrance.
