Had an incident with a robovac causing a mess on an oriental rug. Took the rug in and was immediately helped, everyone was extremely polite and friendly. The cleaning was amazing making the rug look brand new again. Couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Would recommend this company to everyone!

This is my second time bringing my rugs to Paoli rug company for cleaning. First time Jell-O shots stained the rugs and the second time red wine. They made my rugs look like new both times.

Paoli Rug Co. did a great job cleaning a family heirloom Persian rug. They delivered it and took special care to ensure it was laid out correctly and assisted in moving furniture back into place. A wonderful experience. I highly recommend them!

I recently had my 10 year old contemporary rug cleaned by Paoli Rug Company. I chose them after seeing the cleaning process on their website. I appreciated that cleaning is hand done and not run through a machine. I asked to get it back as quickly as possible. They obliged my request and did a fantastic job with my rug. It looked GREAT. Excellent customer service from people who clearly take pride in what they do. Will definitely use them again.

Very happy with our service at Paoli Rug Co. We had 2 machine rugs cleaned one needed to have the edges rebound. They did a beautiful job and color was spot on. We also took in a Turkish hand knotted rug that fell prey to our Doberman puppy. She chewed off a significant part of the corner. Paoli Rug painstakingly hand wove on a beautiful new corner. They did such a good job we can not identify which was the damaged corner.Thanks so much,Lynn Robertson

I think it was 14 years ago when I brought these guys my first orientals. I'm always shocked at how great they look when cleaned and/or repaired. I know the value of these rugs and how easily they can be damaged. With these guys, I don't have to worry. They are professionals and know their business!

Excellent selection of Persian rugs. Husband and wife owners are pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. Excellent customer service before and after purchase. Allowed us to view several rugs at home prior to making a selection. Other services included repair and cleaning of an existing rug. Highly recommend Paoli Rug Company.

5 star entered but we say 10 star. A Ma & Pa company who takes it over the top. We recently had 2 oriental carpets to be cleaned by Paola Rug. OMG, their cleaning process is insane. They even have a YouTube showing their cleaning process…. Unbelievable. No skimping or cutting corners, you get 110%. We have never had our orientals professionally cleaned but when we did the outcome was over the top. They both know everything about orientals and they even show you moth eating areas and how to combat the problem. I was so impressed. No overnight service either…. Paoli Rug will usually need up to two weeks but it is well worth the wait.Thank you so muchRichard and Diane
