Paoli Rug company provided exceptional service for my dining room rug after a blueberry pie flipped over and stained the rug on a Sunday. They were there Monday morning to take the rug for cleaning and did a fantastic job getting the stain out. They calmed my fears that the rug would be stained forever. It is now back in my home and looks good as new. Thank you!

Paoli Rug is like an art gallery! The walls and floors are lined with stunningly beautiful handmade artwork rugs. I took the only oriental rug I own in there to be cleaned after 10 plus years and now it looks like it was made yesterday- brand new! A few months ago, I took a machine made rug that I bought at a department store years ago in there be clean. That rug now looks better than when I purchased it. Service and customer attention is A+. If you’re thinking of purchasing a rug or getting one cleaned, don’t even hesitate, Paoli Rug is Best in Class!

Nathan at Paoli Rug repaired our Aubusson rug like it was brand new. There were so many holes in it from vacuuming . We thought it was unrepairable. He did an amazing job. Other competitors had turned us down , saying it was unrepairable . He is a master in his field . We are so so pleased.

We couldn’t have been more thrilled with the cleaning and extensive restoration of a family heirloom. The rug looks brand new and no one would ever know that it had been full of holes, tears and missing edging and fringe. The pattern was matched and meticulously rewoven in areas where it was completely missing. We have once again a beautiful rug to enjoy for years to come. Thank you!

We could not be more pleased. Our rugs were beautifully clean and soft and vibrant. The process was so easy as they came and collected the rugs, cleaned and then returned them and placed them in my house where they belonged. So professionally at every turn. They went above and beyond for one of the rugs that had quite a bit of animal odor that we weren’t sure would come out. Highly recommend!

The Paoli Rug Company provided top notch, A+ service in record time. We went to the showroom to look for a rug and their team patiently showed us all rug options for the size we were looking for. Gorgeous after gorgeous rug, we picked a few that we liked and owner/his crew drove to our house after hours to show us how each rug would look in the space. They were careful, let us take our time while looking and did not pressure us at all. We wound up buying the perfect rug for our space and couldn't be happier. The owners are so kind and knowledgeable and will hopefully be back to buy more!!

Paoli Rug Company figuratively saved my life! I am visiting my relatives who live in Berwyn and have very expensive French and Persian rugs. My standard poodle puppy, perhaps disoriented by living in a different home, decided to mark her territory on one of the most precious rugs. My brother-in-law and sister are on vacation in France and when they got wind of the accident were livid with me. My savior was Nathan, the owner of Paoli Rug Company. I called them, explained the situation, and he came to pick up the rug.
Nathan explained the total process and in one week returned the rug looking brand new! This company is professional, expert in what they do, and extremely kind and personable. I highly recommend Paoli Rug Company for all your rug cleaning and repair issues. Thank you again, Nathan!
