Lived here 5 months during an internship. They had a nice policy for short-term leasing and I was never at any point hit with any unfair/unexpected charges. Any issues or maintenance requests were resolved quickly (within a day) and all personnel I interacted with were kind and professional. Not 5 stars because the unit I was in wasn't in perfect condition, but the staff truly are great.

Me and my family have been living in the apartment for last 14 months. At the beginning, I like the apartment even though it is a little bit old than the neighboring apartments. Recently they started the renovation of the balconies which is good but they are too slow and annoying. These work can be done with in 2-4 weeks but I see they even have not started construction but demolition part . The light has been obstructed and air condition services have been badly affected in the middle of summer heat. It feels like a jail right now. Kids and my family are sad and depressed with this. They didn't address these issues when reached out to them, instead got a rude and unapologetic email from management. Also, I just saw they are charging me 26$/month for sewage charge which is the most expensive I ever rented. Billing is not transparent. They charge whatever amount they want to.This apartment has only mission to take your money. Toilets and faucets are not proper : toilets don't flush properly. Faucets and basins often get clogged.

Beware of staying at these apartments. You will never feel like home. Only thing you can get staying here is frustration and helpless for getting cheated

very very worst apartment I never seen in my life. you see lot of cockroaches and lies are in the apartments. Staffs behaviors are very rude. very very worst maintenance. Stay away from them.

I lived this apartment more than 3 years. This is really very very worst apartment I never seen before. Lot of cockroaches and bed bugs are there in the aprartments. Maintances are very worst.appliances are very bad. I just lived here for this school dictisct. Rent also very high. Stay away from these kind of apartmernts.

We had lived in Paoli Place Apartments for almost 5 years, their rent did grow up, we did have issues with our roof leaking but the management did awesome work during Covid phase.The stuff were always nice to us, fixed most of the issues that we have asked them to fix, they actually gave use discounts during Covid for paying rent on time even returned our deposit money last year.Nothing is perfect but they did good and feedback always helps to improve. Great job guys!!

Paoli Place was my first place I lived after graduating college. I could not have asked for a better experience. The staff is friendly and helpful and was always there for us. The maintenance staff goes above and beyond and always is always prompt with requests. The office staff also goes above and beyond. One staff member even drove around helping me find my dog when she got loose, as did some of the neighbors! I always felt safe in the area and it is a great location! Thank you Paoli Place fore a phenomenal first experience renting! On top of all that, the apartment was very spacious and clean. Most everyone who visited complimented the appearance of the apartment!

We just moved out of Paoli Place apartments after staying there for 2 years. We had a wonderful stay and management took care of our needs and is quite friendly. The maintenance staff take care of service requests promptly. Above all, it's a great location with Amtrak/Septa station at walking distance. Great for professions who work in Greater Philadelphia area and their spouse works in nearby suburbs (Malvern for example).

This is the worst apartment that I have ever been to. This place actually don't deserve any star. I was suppose to move in on 27th, they didn't let me in that day as renters insurance was not ready. I had to extend the lease in my current place. Then on 29th they said they will only accept the declaration page of insurance other doc will not work. I sent the doc again yesterday, and today again they are claiming that I didn't mention "Paoli Place Apartment" in my address, and I need to update again. Otherwise they will not provide the key. Basically they are harassing us as we didn't take the insurance from their recommended list from where they get commission. On top of that they said that, I have to pay the rent from 27th though they didn't give us the key on that day. Today is 30th n still I haven't got the key. Stuffs can’t help you because of their manager, Melissa Morrison. She is the worst. They will not say what they need properly, and harass you again and again.

I have lived here since 2003 in the k building. I have watched the rent prices go up to luxury apartment price with things you would expect in philly or norristown. We have had problems with roaches inside small ones but at night time there are huge ones. In the last year our apartment got infested with bed bugs. I spent 3000 dollars on beds in the last year. We had to pay to get rid of the bed bugs, with that said I'd assume more apartments have them too. We had a neighbor about 2 years ago who was evicted for being so messy. They had roaches and bed bugs infested so bad they could be seen during the day. If you know anything about these type of bugs they spread with in walls, vents everything. It is a building issue not an apartment issue. We been living through hell and this place is really the worst of the worst. We had the house sprayed 5 times we had to take all our clothes outside in bags all our shoes as well. They use western exterminators, to cut down the costs and cutting the corner on these type of issues is a risk to everyone's health. We had to pay out of pocket to get rid of the bed bugs. They also only cover that the bed bugs will remain a non issue for 30 days. After that you would have to pay another 371 dollars. I see the western man here about twice a week. WE ARE NOT THE ONLY PEOPLE WITH THIS ISSUE. Those roaches in the picture are out every night. They also crawl in the building and constantly crawl in and out of cracks in the stairs and foundation of the building. I have reported this many of times over a multiple year period. I wish I could get fox or abc or nbc local to report this story. This is disgusting and unacceptable.
