Really, really poor office management. Don’t bother calling for a same day sick visit-they’ll tell you they can’t fit you in-after sitting on hold for 25 minutes just waiting for your call to be answered. What’s the point of a doctor then? Or-you’ll call and after waiting for 15 minutes, get disconnected. When you finally do get through, you get told “they’ll see what they can do and call you back” except they don’t call back. They wait an over a day (at which point, you’ve already sat at urgent care instead because you need to be seen) to respond to you and give you a time to come in. They only just started seeing “sick patients in office” recently after a 2+ year Covid hiatus. I spent 2 years spending money on urgent care visits as my primary doctor wouldn’t see me if I was sick. Need a physical or well visit? Don’t expect to be able to get in for 4+ months from the time you call. This isn’t just a one off issue-it’s been said before and I will say it again-their office is not made for the amount of patients they irresponsibly take on. Not enough office staff, too many patients. The doctor are all great, and I love my doctor, but I will finally be switching practices and getting out of this terrible cycle and pathetic excuse for a practice.

I will be changing practices. I left a message for a refill on my medication 72hrs in advance. I called Monday morning because I was out of medication and had not heard anything back. They called me later that day and said that since my doctor was on vacation that I had to do a telemedicine visit with Mackensie to get the medication refilled. I set up an appointment for Thursday and asked if they could fill the medication until the visit since I was completely out. They said that should be fine, however, they never filled it and I had to go several days without it. I ended up calling a different doctor at another practice who literally filled the medication in an hour. This is not the first time I have gone without medication due to incompetency from the office staff. They do not care if you go without your medication.

I have been seeing Mackenzie Foster at PFM for about five years and I have never felt more understood and cared for by any other physician I have ever had. She provides spectacular, compassionate care and will sit with me and listen to my worries without batting an eye. I have pretty severe medical anxiety and she has not ever made me feel bad about going to the doctor. I wish more people were like her. I have also never had an issue with Paoli Family Medicine as a practice and my family has been going there for years.

THIS is family practice people charged me $50 for an appt in order to get a new primary physician because the one I was seeing quit.I protested that I'm already a part of this practice and she didn't quit because of anything I did... They said okay... We can double up with your "free from insurance" annual wellness appt. They charged me for both. Then ... Iget the bill and I see they charged me for an OBESITY CONSULT which I never asked for and didn't realize I had had!!! My insurance paid $30 for it. If I tell my insurance it's a scam the office will bill me!!! Okay... So now I see they billed me for a DEPRESSION CONSULT!! $30! The insurance didn't pay!I don't get any meds from them at all!!! I see a neurologist!!! They did nothing but ask if I ever felt any depression! THAT'S IT! HOW IS THAT A CONSULT?!?I got some labs back she ordered and they told me to come schedule another appt and I told her I was afraid of what they might invent to charge me for as apparently nothing come under the heading of a normal doctors appointment and I that it's normal business practice to phone someone with results!!!She said they were now a preventative care health office and if I didn't like it I could find some place else!!!! They charged me $50 for the call.Thats fine but it doesn't give you the right to add extraneous consults to a standard exam I'm already being billed twice for after being told it would free!!!!What on earth entitles them to do this "sub exam consult for extra $$$ with no request or signature or even ANY BENEFIT!??!Here's the response about my fake "OBESITY CONSULT" :We discussed lifestyle and exercise and a pt. healthy lifestyle information sheet was given to you by the medical assistant. I recommended you increase you exercise to 150 min/week and eat a whole fresh food and limit your processed foods .Brown Deborah, L. 12/20/2022 8:11:08AMA lifestyle sheet saying to eat more fruits and veggies and get some fresh air... SCAM!Preventative Healthcare my LEFT FOOT! THIS IS SCAM! AND SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!They had a bunch of PAs leaving ... There are no doctors ever ... But they still call it getting a new doctor and the charge is still $50 plus what they get from insurance.. so I'm sure to they were getting a windfall as everyone in the office was there for a new doctor.

The Doctors here are checklist doctors, they do not have any personal competence in medicine. They referred and assigned several tests to me, but these results would be negative, as this is not what my issue was. I told them this, yet they still persisted. After spending hundreds of dollars on visits and testing, the results of course came back negative. Again testing for something that was not the cause of my issue. This led to them prescribing some generic cheap medicine for a few bucks......Avoid this place. I'd be embarrassed to practice put of this establishment.

If I could give this place a zero or a minus one, I would. I saw McKenzie Foster and she was as sanctimonious as they come. If she would shed her sanctimony, she may become a little more professional but she was not professional with me. I believe that she asked me questions that were not applicable to my first time visit. She was way too nosy about what happened with my son. It’s none of her effing business. I tried to tell her that, especially because it hurts me to talk about him, but she would have nothing to do with it. She thought it was important for her to know since it might have something to do with my health????? What?? Are you kidding me, you haughty so-and-so?!Then just for the record, before I left I told her I did not get the “jab“, and she asked me “why not?” I believe that is none of her business! But, just so that McKenzie will be more educated, she needs to look into how a vaccine is made, from what it’s made, viral attenuation, as opposed to experimental use only authorization mRNA transcriptase mediated gene therapy; NOT A VACCINE.What’s more, McKenzie, in case you didn’t know, the “jab“ is made with newly aborted fetal cell lines! But, that’s OK with you, to require abortion to create the jab, right?! You think you’re a doctor, but you don’t have what it takes. You’re too self-absorbed and care only about yourself promotion. It’s not professional healthcare to question a patient’s honesty. She asked me two times if I drank. I don’t drink. And then she asked me again, “You really don’t drink?”She asked me to sign a form releasing all my medical records. I’m 70 years old. I’m not going to do that. I’d be there all day with the little things which occurred to me in my life, like stitches or a broken restaurant I was in sixth grade. I’m not hiding anything from her. I have nothing to hide. But because I wouldn’t sign the form and release prior information, she refuses to see me again. Guess what, McKenzie? I don’t want to see you again, ever.I only thank God I’m not going back there!

Very highly disappointed with their services. They won't see u if u have any flu or cold symptoms. Not everyone who has flu and cold will have COVID, and they need to see patients when patient calls for sick appt. I wonder what kind of symptoms they treat. The front desk people are the worst, they talk to you as if they are doing a favor. I have never had such a bad experience with docs in my life until I went here. Good luck to anyone who gets an appointment.

Appalled at the recent “ registered” letter I rec’d from practice. Last visit I had was met with extreme pessimism on the part of Dr Taylor on viewing my lab and calling me “typical” . No encouragement or possible change in meds had been using or a different approach!? Also always a slow response by office whenever I’d need refills and were many days at times went without before response or a refill to happen! Also several times left message with no response ! Recently hospitalized with bad infection and ended up having toe amputated . Infection was so bad had to start on a insulin regiment to help blood sugar come back to normal. I left messages several times to find out if I should continue with metformen as well... no response. Then office leaves message that my visits not covered cause they don’t take Cigna insurance. Left message back to let me know why... no response. So the mutual report was compromised by lack of communication on your part . No problem for the 10 + year been patient there. Would appreciate reconsideration and you accept my Cigna and medicare insurance!

Dr Foster is great and is awesome at following up when ever there is something going on with our health. Have been going here for over 20 years and everyone has always been great to deal with.

Absolutely love this practice! I have seen multiple doctors in this practice and I have never had a bad experience. Dr. Garrett is one of my favorite doctors ever! Staff is extremely friendly, respectful of privacy, and have great bed side manner.
