Worst car mechanic experience of my life last year, stopped by one time about my oil change, and it was extremely low. Just stopped there to get gas. Was threatened I'd get the cops called on me because I went to get a bagel from Einstein. Never coming here again. These men are miserable.

This guys today 21 August they robbed me i went to ask for help my batery terminal broke and they charge me olmost a 70 dollar just for one and i went to another place they tradh the one they put and i git both for 40 dollars

Kent and Jim of Paoli Car Care helped me with my car problem, their communications were very straightforward and honest, Kent also gave me several helpful suggestions which I appreciate. I made quite a few phone calls around the area, the price that I received from Paoli Car Care was very competitive and reasonable. My car was fixed at the Paoli Car Care, and the service there was quick and reliable.

I've had 5 family cars serviced at Paoli car care over the past 20 years and have always been happy with the quality and promptness of service. Prices for labor and parts are the same standards as anywhere else. On 2 occasions when parts failed under warranty they went to bat for me with the manufacturer and got parts replaced free of charge. The convenient location near the Paoli transport center is a big plus for commuters. If you choose to wait during a repair there there is are several places in that shopping center to get a bite or coffee or do shopping at the Acme. I won't take vehicles anywhere else.
