Dropped our Prius off for state inspection and emissions test, a/c freon check, oil change and tire rotation.
Frank called to say there was a problem with the hood latch. Ordered the replacement part and resolved the issue.
The a/c freon was tested, checked for leaks and replaced. Oil change and tire rotation were not necessary since not that many miles had elapsed since last visit.
Completely satisfied doing business with everyone at Paoli Auto!

I’m a repeat customer of Paoli Auto Repair. The level of expertise they demonstrate whenever I have to bring a car in means I don’t have to worry about it anymore. They understand mechanical problems no matter how difficult the problems are to describe or how new the tech is. The staff is warm and friendly.

We have been using Paoli Auto Repair for over 20 years. They are honest and do exceptional work. In this instance, I had taken my car to the dealership As it is a new car and they offered valet service. They told me that I needed a front end alignment as well as a special coding for my windshield. Sensing that they were upselling me, I declined their service and took my car to Frank. Needless to say, I did not need an alignment, and additionally, my tires had not been rotated By the dealership properly.
Forget the valet service, I am sticking with Paoli Auto Repair! If they say my car needs something, I know it does.

Over the last couple of years, if I ever needed service on my cars this was the shop to use in the Paoli area. Outstanding communication and the highest quality work. Tim and the team recently got my old Toyota up and running again in a timely fashion. I recommend this shop to anyone in the Great Valley area. Absolutely superb management.

Our Audi Q5 has had clogged drains which in turn have compromised the electronics in the trunk and Paoli auto did a great job assess the cause and resolved the issue quickly very professionally
