I needed a place to workout over the summer and Main Line Gym satisfied all my needs. The gym has almost everything you would require and is open 24/7. I will look for something similar back home. Highly recommended!p.s. I did not use the personal training services and cannot comment on that.

Great people and amazing facility - clean, secure, with all the equipment I want and need. It’s like the best of both worlds - a cross between a box fitness facility and a traditional gym with 24 / 7 access.

I started working with a Cody a month ago to work on specific gymnastics skills and improve overall fitness for CrossFit. I’ve been blown away with his strength and conditioning knowledge and his ability to break down complex functional movements in our sessions (ex. When I first saw him I couldn’t do a kipping handstand push-up or string together bar muscle ups and within two sessions we are stringing together both movements). Cody has explained that improving fitness and hitting specific fitness goals is a process and there are no short cuts. I’m glad I have him on my team and excited to see how far I can push my fitness!

I’m very happy to have come across the Main Line Gym in my search for a facility that would cover all of my needs in Paoli. This is a great facility with plenty of space, trainers, powerlifting gear, CrossFit equipment, racks, and has an adequate amount of machines to fill in the blanks. 24HR access was extremely important to me due to my packed schedule, which allows me to stay committed. This is a gym in which the owners regularly keep up with their members to provide help, insight, or answer any questions. If you’re serious about getting into a routine, having the support to do it, and having full control over your schedule - Main Line Gym is the best place to start. Thanks to Cody for introducing me and Emily for keeping up and walking me through the registration process!

I am so glad to be a member of MLG. I have been a member over a year now. Started with one:one sessions and seen tremendous progress. Perfect for my needs, lots of room, racks for compound lifts, great owners who are always available to help, and to top it off 24/7 access which is exactly what I need to squeeze in a workout even if schedule gets busy. Great vibe and some awesome fellow members!If you are serious about getting in shape - start with some intro 1:1 and you will not regret the advice and support from the owners.Thanks so much!!

I’ve trained at Main Line Gym for several years and, in that time, they have helped me accomplish all of my original fitness goals and get started on a new ambitious agenda.Their programming is great, the owners are excellent people, and the facility’s equipment and vibe is, in my opinion, much better than some cookie-cutter strip mall gym.

The equipment is horrible / old, it's massively over priced. The owner was extremely hostile when asking just basic questions. I don't know how this place has any business. This area could use a real gym, the defiantly isn't one.

The owner is a joke. Acts like he runs a real gym and half the equipment doesn't work unless you bring your own WD40 and lube it up. If this place was $5 a month and you didn't require a full set of gym equipment to get your workout in, than this place would be great. But for whatever absurd price they are charging these days I can assure you there are better options. 24/7 but there is rarely ever staff in this place. This is a liability nightmare if someone were to ever get hurt...read the fine print of the contract before getting duped!
