It did not take a "minute". I waited (nobody else waiting in front of me) for 50 minutes and never got seen. They had one person that was actively being seen, but I couldn't tell you what the hold up was. But I would prefer a standard Urgent care that has a receptionist that isn't a touchscreen and you can get seen relatively quickly.

Horrible experience. Scheduled same day and checked in online, I ran into traffic and was 10 min late, I came and told they closed and was rejected . They were not closed since the hours posted was 5:30pm No other appointments were scheduled and I was already checked in with all information filled out. This medical clinic woman could not have been more ignorant. Never stepping foot in there again! Shame on CVS for having this person in healthcare. Disgrace.

Scheduling the appt online was great however it ends there. Be aware the "minute clinic" portion is treated differently than the CVS portion in terms of masking (even tho it is the same space with shared air/flooring/etc... Ok no problem I can wear a mask. What I can not accept is the fact I explained that they have goofed on billing my insurance multiple times in the past and I explained how to bill it correctly yet I still received a bill with no insurance applied AGAIN. Not acceptable to spend an hour on the phone straightening this out AGAIN.... Minute clinic is not called HOURS clinic for a reason so remind me again why I would continue to use them and not inform others to be informed of this?

I saw Adrianna Gordon, NP for an ear infection/blockage and she was phenomenal. Very diligent, caring, and attentive to my needs and experience as a patient. A true clinical practitioner who helps people heal themselves. I'll be going back to her for first impressions of any illness I can't handle at home myself, before I go to a regular doctor. Far more efficient and user-friendly!

Had a very positive experience yesterday with a young, female nurse practitioner. She was friendly, professional, and educated me on everything I needed to know about current/local flu concerns. She also kept me abreast of everything she was doing while I was in the room to calm my anxiety. I found it to be a much better experience than waiting in my doctor's office surrounded by coughing and hacking; I was also able to get some shopping done and pick up my prescriptions while I waited. I also enjoyed being able to make an appointment at a date when I knew I had the day off and could find a ride. Will definitely be going back!

David Summerall RN was professional and fastidious in his care. He saw me on three occasions to treat a burn. He was efficient and I think the level of care was comparable to the best I've received at a doctor's office.

It was absolutely horrible. I called the day before to ask about pricing and all the other things that are needed with regards to treatment options. I arrived and tried to sign in. The system will not allow me to based on my quote illness. So I waited to see if it would allow anyone else to sign in and it did. I tried to ask the rude doctor about it and she tells me it has nothing to do with her the computer chooses who it wants and it's a system based out of Rhode Island. The people who went after me was kind enough to offer me their spot, but I politely declined. I don't know what there condition was and I want them to be treated. I don't like rude people anyway so I went to the urgent care. The doctor was nasty and I work in the medical field and refuse to be treated by a rude, nasty, disrespectful doctor.
