“After 2 visits to the ER, I needed to re-order parts for a medical device that would help my condition settle. I spoke with Michael who advised me to get a script. I wasn't aware I needed one for plastic parts and tried to coordinate what I needed with my doctor(s) since I couldn't use the device without the parts. Unfortunately it was chaotic trying to get what I needed from my primary and specialist and almost a week later I was still without the part I needed. Michael did his best to get the job done with my doctors. When I didn't hear anything from anyone in over 24 hours, I checked in with Erin. Obviously flustered from this experience, she listened patiently and figured out a solution that would get me what I needed the next day. The entire situation was more about a lack of communication with my doctors office staff and myself, and both Michael and Erin helped in giving me assurance, peace of mind, and best of all, the product will arrive tomorrow, just before a holiday weekend. I am grateful for their dedication to helping me, the patient.”
