“Brought my daughter here for Swim Lessons. She has had at least over 10 instructors and no one was able to teach her to swim. Anne is the best swim instructor to ever exist. She has over 18 years of experience and got my kid to swim within 10 minutes. She explained to me her method and I was a little upset to know I had spent so much money and time the last five years to get my daughter to learn, and she did it in 10 minutes. Anyway, Anne raved About how wonderful the fitness facility was, and this inspired me to join as a member. I love it here.”

“My four year Anniversary is coming up with working out at Customized Phitness and it's the best decision I have ever made. Thanks to Marcus, I am in the best physical shape I think I have ever been in and the smallest I've been since before having children. He cares about the whole person as seen with the passion he has for fitness and nutrition. Marcus is happy to share this knowledge with whoever wants to listen and better themselves. I never would have thought I'd say this but I hate when life or work get in the way and I have to miss a morning at the gym. I highly recommend you come join us! The flexible schedule is great and it's easy to register through the app. But most importantly, my son is getting stronger and gaining confidence which translates to his other sports. “I remember when I was thinking of joining a year ago and saw reviews like “OTF changed my life” I thought it was a bit dramatic. Now I can tell you how true that statement is. Not only are the workouts awesome, all the coaches, staff and members are the best group of people I have met in a long time. The coaches are absolutely safety minded and aren't afraid to intervene if you are acting in an unsafe manner for yourself or others. They are incredibly supportive and put you as their priority. “A friend of mine was doing fitness training with Bonnie and I realized that I wanted to make a change with my routine. I decided to try it for myself! I’ve never done personal training - I’ve always worked out in my own (running, Bikram yoga, etc). I’ve been working with Bonnie for almost a year and I am amazed at the results she produces. “Great gym and great owners. I met Jim Smith over 25 years ago when he worked for another gym. He was always very positive, big smile and never judged or put anyone down. Fast forward now he owns the gym. He loves fitness and helping people change their lifestyle to achieve their goals. Jim is truly one of the most genuine person i have ever met. He is also one of the nicest person i have met. His wife/co-owner is also in that category and they def fit well together. Great gym/cross-fit with lots of experience and knowledge to go around.”

“I sat in the parking lot for a few minutes trying to decide if I should go in. I did it! My first class was a hot yoga class and it was hard. It was also so so fun. The teacher encouraged students to choose their own variations throughout the class. Loved that. The hour went by quickly as I worked hard to stay focused on breathing. The room is beautiful and the heat was just right. I will be back for more. My heart was full.”

“I took advantage of a promotional offer for red light therapy bony contouring The office was nice, clean. The woman who assisted me was very informative and explained each step The experience of the red light therapy was relaxing under the warmth of the lights while an ocean sound machine played in the background. All in all it was like a spa treatment The results however were much less than I'd hoped. With an overall loss of about 2inches I would need two treatments a week for a month or more and nothing is guaranteed It's just too many visits. I don't have the time I'm glad I tried it but will not be using this method again as the results are minimal at best”

“I'm proud to call icore fitness my "home gym" and I can genuinely say the best and now closest people I know, all came to my life from icore. Don't come to this gym expecting a typical workout environment. Bring your enthusiasm and desire to challenge yourself. Adult OCR classes could be intimidating at first, but everyone is there to support and guide you, the only competition is with yourself. The owner and coach, Mark, would tailor every workout and even exercise (if needed) to individual needs. The only requirement is willingness to try and put your all into it. With consistency, the results will make you want to continue.”

“The employees are always very courteous here. The gym is always very clean and the equipment is more updated than the other local gyms. This is my favorite planet fitness because they give up to 15 minutes on the hydromassage beds. I just wish paper towels would be supplied in the womens restroom/locker room because the sink area is quite often wet.”

“Ellis Athletic Center is a great place to workout. The outside yard area (pushing the sled and in the morning there is PERFECT SUN for those of us who love to be outside) , the trx area in the gymnasium and the yoga classes on the weekends are my favorite parts of the gym. The staff is extremely supportive and motivating. It's just a really positive place to be. To be honest the one area that Ellis Athletic could approve upon is to offer more morning classes in the 730-8am time frame. Most of the classes are 930 and onward which is great for people who don't work! That being said, not a huge deal just a small detail I think could be better. Grateful that I live right across the street of such a great gym!”

The gym offers private training as well as group fitness classes. The coaches are great! Very knowledgeable and supportive and motivating.
