Not only are the workouts awesome, all the coaches, staff and members are the best group of people I have met in a long time. The gym offers private training as well as group fitness classes. The coaches are great! Very knowledgeable and supportive and motivating. “I decided to give OTF a try after reading reviews, but I was still apprehensive. I wanted an environment where I could feel safe to exercise in my own lane (mentally). I was an athlete in my early life and I enjoy workouts that make me feel like I pushed myself, but injuries affect my output now. OTF definitely hit the mark here. I appreciate that the coaches are super supportive of modifications. Coach Ty gives the best queues during the cardio blocks, it helps me know when to push and how much longer remains in the block. I went from not working out at all to taking classes 2-3 times a week. The intensity of the workout is how much you put into it - classes are usually made up of half cardio and half strength. You can show up and have a detailed hour workout designed for you without putting thought into it. The heart rate monitor really helps me keep myself accountable for my output and I love seeing my end of class metrics. There are many class times throughout the day too, as a mom, that's really helpful. I also like the positive messages within the studio - it's not about losing weight, it's about whatever exercise means to you. *I did wish that OTF would provide the class descriptions on their website, that would have been helpful when deciding to give OTF a try at first”
“I go to 4 PF locations in the general area and this one is my favorite. It is always clean and the machines are all newer and most have the digital timers on them which I rely on to time my sets. There are plenty of machines and I rarely need to wait to get on one. Josh and Jordan are usually on staff while I'm there and both these guys are attentive and cordial and keep the place stocked and looking great. An important note - this place is always well cooled in the summer and warm in the winter which I can't say the same for at some of the other locations. I wish the men's locker room was vented a little better, but can't take a star off because of the building.”

I’ve never done personal training - I’ve always worked out in my own (running, Bikram yoga, etc). I’ve been working with Bonnie for almost a year and I am amazed at the results she produces. It’s completely taken me out of my workout “rut”. I would recommend Bonnie and Tom to anyone looking to make changes to their workout routine (or anyone looking to start one!). I’d give them more⭐️ if I could!”

The flexible schedule is great and it's easy to register through the app. But most importantly, my son is getting stronger and gaining confidence which translates to his other sports. The facility is legit…so many class time options and lots of areas to workout in. They basically have any piece of equipment you can think of. I love my box back home but boy is this a close second! Highly recommend if you are in the area! I would be a member if I lived here and wasn’t just visiting but I will be sure to drop in anytime I am back for a visit!”

19 Hagerty Blvd #7, West Chester“i recently signed up to give crossfit a try for the first time ever and couldn't be happier to have found such a great gym with such helpful, knowledgeable and motivating instructors. the other members are so welcoming, kind, caring and inclusive. this is a culture that I've not seen in any other gyms ive tried and belonged to in the area. Clearly, this culture comes from the top down and the people running this place truly care to help each individual(s) be and get the best results possible. Im working thru a torn rotator cuff injury but the instructors custom-tailor my class workouts that protect me from further injury but still push me to get the most out of each workout. If you were on the fence about checking this place out, come in, say hi and see for yourself! Personally, having coaches, classmates and friends here really helped me to get out of my weak gym routine at my now former gym.”
