I was very hesitant to go in to the dealership because of all my past experiences but when I met Ruben as well as his manager they call J-Lo which was really cool, they gave me options and didn't force me to get into a vehicle they actually wanted to help me and get me what I needed and for that I'm very grateful and hope that anyone reading this that they head out to Del Chevy and get the experience I had. They are great!!!!!! I will definitely send everyone I know to them

Going with 5 stars. It's strange not to hear the words "Hey John, got a minute?" from a service writer trying to up-sell more service or sell something you don't need. I went in for an oil change and came out with an oil change. Also am planning to have a couple more things done to my car and their price is good on those items - unlike some dealerships who want to over-charge or over-rate what amounts to basic work. Del has been my shop for my 2011 Chevy Volt for nearly 12 years now. I went for an oil change at a shop in Novi Michigan in 2017 and they wanted to get me into new tires, alignment, new front struts, etc. Still haven't gotten those front struts... Thanks Del Chevrolet.

Considering the large amount of money I needed to pay to have my Suburban repaired, I stopped in to talk to the service advisor in person, and he was able to explain to me what needed to happen and about how long it would take. Since I have bought cars here since 2003, I trusted his information enough to order the repair. I’d never met this service advisor before, but the “aura” of the dealership and my good history with it helped me to move forward.

Had an absolutely fantastic buying experience at Del Cherolet this week. My salesperson Shane was great. He actually listened to what I was looking for, gave me options, and didn't try to push anything I didn't want. The offer they gave me on my trade and the total deal was better than I was even expecting. Everyone I had contact with in the office was super friendly. The manager checked in a couple times to see if everything was going well. My wife and I have purchased probably 10 vehicles over the years and this was definitely the best experience I have had. Thanks guys

Sent email for availability of a truck. A representative called and ensured truck was there . We were quoted a price and when we arrived it was gone. The representative knew we were coming and still no call to let us know that it was sold.

Iv’e purchased two vehicles so far from Del, a ‘07 Chevy Tahoe (Used), and most recently a ‘23 Chevy Silverado (New). My salesperson (Sophia), has been wonderful through both purchases.

I wanted a Silverado High Country or a version that had black leather interior. I was reasearching a few dealerships for a about 10 days. There were not many out there, none to see in person, as most dealers kept talking about dealer trades, I get it. However, I appreciated that your salesperson, Curtis, listened to what I wanted via text and email, and he even sent videos from his phone to me when of two different trucks came to your dealership that met some of my criteria, and this was before I visited your dealership. I went to see and drive the truck I ultimately bought, a High Counrty, on a Tuesday morning. Curtis and Sales Manager Chuck, followed up via email and text several times on Wednesday. I went back on Wednesday evening with my wife, and drove the truck again. After working out details about my trade price, which was fair, and other discounts and all the rebates that were available, I left my trade title at the dealership as a deposit, and came back on Thursday morning to finish up the paperwork and drove home in this beautiful truck. Long time repeat customer. Tried the online appointment booking this time, which worked out well. Very pleased to see Joe Holbrook back with Del Chevrolet’s service department - he is always so knowledgeable and great to deal with! The service shuttles are much appreciated also. And all of my truck’s issues were fixed in one appointment. I’ll continue to be a loyal customer!

I took my Trax in for inspection and because something was wrong with my radio. I passed inspection with no problems, but they were not able to fix my radio. I'm very disappointed. Sean said he would keep trying to find a solution, but it's been a week and nothing has happened. As I said, I'm very disappointed. My car is only 3 years old and my radio does not work right and because there's no codes, they won't replace it. Not fair.
