Just purchased a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan from Del! Brad Foltz was an amazing sales rep. He treated me like family and bent over backwards to get the deal right. I am disabled and he made it so my husband and I didn't even have to go to the dealership. He delivered it to us yesterday. My mechanic of 25 years checked it out and said we were lucky to get such a clean car. My daughter will be buying her next car from Brad. This guy and this dealership are something special!!

Brant did not inform us, even though we were talking openly about it, that our used EV would not qualify for the used EV tax credit because they were asking too much for it and it was too new. He knew that the $4000 we were counting on from the government would not come and chose not to say anything in order to make the sale. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

This review is specifically for DEL CHEVROLET OF PAOLI branch. They are just inverse of "Jack - Sell them for Less".As lot of people said, I can't give them negative reviews and this is the least I could give on google.will check for all other review site to give right review to this dealer.Looks like they have a paid team to put good rating reviews. I didnt see anyone being polite or respectful to the customers. Need to check with google to see possibility of providing less than 1 rating, that way no one even dare to deal with these guys. Just a note for all...Whenever this dealer says AS IS and no warranty. Better bargain for more than 5k or get mechanical inspection done. I got cheated by believing them and had to spend more than a grand for the inspection to pass.

I should've known better to give these guys another try. Yes, they have a shuttle service that but they neglect to tell you that it's not available after 4 PM, even after they confirmed that I could get a ride back to pick up my car. This means that I had no shuttle service back to the dealership to have me pick up my car, which left me stranded at work. I wish the communication was just a little bit more clear. I was told "I really don't know what to tell you". Zero customer service!!!! Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and empathy by their customer service department. And by the look at the previous reviews they really just don't care.

Text about looking at a used vehicle and received a text welcoming me in. Drove an hour to get there and no one met me at door and when I finally got someone's attention, they looked up vehicle and told me vehicle no longer here. Really!!!!

My 89 year old mother has a 2016 Chevy Cruze. At 20,000 miles she took it in for service and was told there was a broken piston in the engine. 4,500 dollars later she got her car back. The vehicle has had perfect maintenance and very limited miles. For a piston to break means it had a defect, probably at the point of manufacture. For Dell Chevrolet to charge that kind of fee for a manufacturing error means they really don't care about their customers or they pray on the elderly. Poor business practice no matter how you look at it.
