“Had car in for routine service recently ,due to some confusion re my contract for paintless ding repair, that service was not performed as scheduled. I spoke to my salesman ,Bob Gillespie who sold me the car and that service in August of 2019 and he took care of the problem for me. I then received a call from the service manager who apologized for that confusion and explained what happened.. I am very happy now. My service in the past was always done correctly and reasonably priced.Update. This service department is great. I have been waiting for months for parts to come from Ford for a recall. They came in and they called me to install and sent out mobile service and did it at my home. I asked if they could do my routine oil change and they did that too. Everything was free as i had ford credits. Tech was great expliained everything. I have strarted over last year taking my non ford cars there for routine maintenance and state inspections as they do a great job and at a fair price.Services: General repairs & maintenance”

And Will kept in close touch with me updating pretty much daily. It if wasn’t for the great communication and customer service provided by Will I might not be leaving a glowing review. The estimate for the damage is right in line with another shop so I felt like they were fair on pricing. I would bring my vehicle here again.”
