LOVE this place. It's been here for years, a hidden gem. Inside another gem. The True Value Hardware store. I am not partial to big box stores. Staff are knowledge, friendly. And.....the smell us divine.

I am a new customer of Big Smile Toys and what is there not to love?! I discovered them through social media after working in the SAME shopping center for years never knowing their existence. I recently purchased some Christmas gifts from them and I will continue to come back! The staff is friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and selection is top notch! The store is welcoming, bright, and exciting which is everything you expect and want walking into a Toy Store! They also gift wrap and have a birthday club. 10 stars!!

Always friendly staff that is very customer focused. A good selection of toys, games and other activities. Competitive prices and they wrap gifts for you as well at no extra charge!
