Called Wednesday to make an appointment here today (Friday) to open a checking account. Kim Callahan was our banker and she couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful!

This location needs to close and employees laid off. It is bringing shame to Bank of America. A bunch of lazy people are supposed to work here but do not want to work. The experience is same like going to a bank in a third world country.If you are given an appointment with Sangeeta, do not bother to go. You will be wasting your time for nothing. She will spend more time trying to find ways not to help than to just help you. Please go to a different location.

Our credit card got declined making a large purchase, after an hour on the phone with BOA, my husband was told that he had to go to a physical location to verify his identity and have the bank call. When he got there, they copied his drivers license and told him that they would not call for him. When he called BOA back, they said they needed the branch to call the verify his identity in addition to copying his drivers license.

Bank Discriminates Against Black AmericansI came to this Paoli location after calling prior to coming to ensure I could notarize my loan approval paperwork and that there would be an employee that does notary available. The employee of Indian ethnicity which does notary verified that she was available and after asking several questions about my documents to ensure she would notarize them she then finally scheduled me for an appointment. I arrived at the appointment only for that same lady to have me waiting for about an hour while she was with another customer having what sounded like unnecessary casual conversation for almost an hour while I waited. I would have even been there longer if that same bank rep didn’t decide to come out and want to check my documents to search for a reason why she wasn’t going to notarize my paperwork. She seemed bothered the moment she took a look at me being an African American male. I didn’t receive the same greeting and approach the several other white customers had received that visited the branch while I waited.I ended up going to the King of Prussia location where a friendly white bank rep greeted me by name as soon as I walked in and took me into the back right away and notarized the same paperwork with no problems or issues. So the Indian rep must’ve been lying to me.I also feel the Paoli location doesn’t practice being an equal opportunity employer with the fact that they have what was a completely all Indian ethnicity staff out of the 4-5 employees I saw working that day unlike the King of Prussia location which employs a much more diverse looking staff. I’ve been banking with Bank of America since 2003 and feel disgusted about the way I was treated.

This is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Not only is the service less than pathetic but the staff which is generally only 1 female and the male manager of which neither have a clue what they are doing. Oh, make sure you pack a lunch, that's how long a transaction will take. Trust me if there was a zero I would rate it! And no, there is not a drive-thru.

This bank has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICEI have ever experienced in a bank .!I have to go there to pay mortgage nothing like giving your money to a rude group of people !I live 5 mins from this branch but will looking for another , hopefully with better service.BoA bought my mortgage and this is the only time I’ve not been able to pay online without having an account at this AWFUL institution….Rudeness goes from managers to tellers …..If I could give them a NEGATIVE 5 stars I wouldFind another bank folks

As usual, awful customer service. It's as if they do not want customers to come in to the branch. (They are always suggesting the atm or online banking) Today there was one person helping another customer and 3 other employees talking for 10 minutes before any one was ready to help a customer. I hope this is not the new norm in banking....

Around 2 years ago, went to open account there. Little bit of earlier than their open time, the employee asked me to stay away from the doors till their open time. But after several seconds, when another customer were here, he was not asked to stay away from the doors. We just wait together beside the doors till they open the doors.So what does it mean? The employee there treat different races with different standard?

I banked with BOA for 19 years, my normal location as been nothing but amazing. I have relocated and unfortunately this has been the closest BOA I could find. Now I have been to this location about 5 times and each time I have experienced horrible customer service. Minal Patel is absolutely rude and unprofessional! Serves her right because management is just as rude. The manager questioned how I’ve been cashing my checks as if my checks were not valid! I have never felt so degraded and embarrassed in my life. I work hard, how dare her! BOA how can you let the employees at this location serve your account holders when they trend of bad service from management on down??? Account holders do yourselves a favor Do not come here! Find another branch!
