“Lived here 5 months during an internship. They had a nice policy for short-term leasing and I was never at any point hit with any unfair/unexpected charges. Any issues or maintenance requests were resolved quickly (within a day) and all personnel I interacted with were kind and professional. Not 5 stars because the unit I was in wasn't in perfect condition, but the staff truly are great.”

The complex was close to work but also close to many other things like shoppes and restaurants. I recommend living at Westgate Village Apartments.”

“My wife and I have lived at Media Stations Apartments for about three years. The apartment is beautiful and newly renovated. Quiet closing cabinets and new appliances are very nice. The pool area is well kept and a nice addition. The property managers and maintenance personnel are very responsive and understanding. Communication is great. They bring in a person to clean the common areas once a week who is extremely friendly and even gathers packages from other buildings and brings them to the correct ones. The only negative is the price; however, that is just how the market is at the time.”

“I met with Stacie to tour a 2 bedroom apartment. She was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions! The apartment that we saw was beautifully renovated with new cabinets, appliances and flooring. The landscaping is well maintained and you can tell they really care about the building.”

“Mill Grove Apartments is very quiet and clean. Their management is very responsive and they have a nice swimming pool and fitness room. It is also nice to have a shopping center right next door and trails to walk or bike in the mornings.”

“I felt I needed to write a new review since a new company has taken over Golf Club.

I want to start by saying that I have lived here 10 years, working on year 11 now. That says something in itself, but I've seen a lot and I wanted to write something because I think this place is really deserving of it right now.

This is the third company that has taken over this complex, and I just cannot say enough good things about them already. Are there still problems? Sure, but I really am hopeful that this company is going to try to fix what they can, and let me tell you why.

I am an avid walker. I used to take my walks around the complex many years ago. On my walks, I saw patios that looked like they belonged to hoarders or, remember the show Sanford and Son? If you do, you get my drift. It was to the point I was afraid it would attract rodents. I actually took photos and showed management the pictures, and nothing was done.

Within a month of this company taking over, we received letters that every patio would be inspected in "x" amount of time and included the expectations with warnings if expectations weren't met. A few months later, all these patios look beautiful.

Next, the communication. I remember moving in, and a few weeks later getting a knock on the door saying they were doing yearly inspections. I was told nothing about it. They said they put a notice in my door which I never saw. Could've totally been my fault being I just moved in and I missed it. Point is, this company not only puts a letter in your door, they also email you and you now get a text to your phone about anything going on in the complex. Such a simple yet effective tactic that I cannot believe has just came into effect now. No more surprises, and its such a nice service to have for us.

Next, lighting!! I live in a townhome with apartments behind me. You can see the apartments out my living room window. The entrances have been dark the entire time I have lived here. Within a month I think ( I could be off on that, but it was quick!), they had the brightest lights ever at every single entrance into the apartment buildings. My best friend had come over my house one night and looked and said "OMG I had no clue those apartments were back there!" because it used to be so dark. Seriously, how did this take that long to think of doing this??

Staff: Best of the best. I could write a whole other review about them. I don't think you'll find better maintenance men, Your calls are responded to quickly. They know what they're doing. They're kind, they're clean, they're efficient.

The manager, Gab, is newer to our complex and I cannot say enough good things about her. I've had two problems and Gab now only emailed me to follow up on issues, but when she saw me, she actually remembered the issues and followed up with me verbally to see if things were as they should be, and if I was satisfied. I will go into the office to report something or ask a question, and Gab, who can choose to stay in her office if she wants, either calls out to me to comes talk to her about it, or will walk out of her office to see what's going on. She is top notch, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

Is the place perfect? Of course not. Every rental has their negatives. The trash is an issue and continues to be in the dumpster area. It is difficult when the neighborhood is illegally dumping there. I do hope and believe they are working on a possible solution.

They are old buildings. There is no central air. It's one thing I really do wish we had. You get an air conditioning unit in one bedroom upstairs, and in the living room downstairs.

As I said earlier, I live in a townhome here, so I cannot speak on the apartments.

“By far one of the best and cleanest apartments complexes in Chester County. The management is absolutely on top of everything, if its broke it will be fix that day unless parts need ordering. I absolutely loved my time living at Strasburg Court. It was quite it was peaceful and most of all it was reasonable. I wish I could give more stars because this place truly makes you feel at home. If you are looking for a place to live this is definitely a great place. The management cares for the tenants like there family. And that to me is everything.”

“I've been living at Stratford Station Apartments in Wayne for over 2 years and I am happy with the accommodations. I would like to commend Kelsie, the Property Manager. During the extreme July heat last week the A/C was not working in my apartment. After putting in a maintenance request I contacted the Property Manager Kelsie. She was very polite and professional. She assured me that she would stay on top of the situation until it was taken care of. She had maintenance respond immediately to see if they could resolve the problem. Although they could not, they installed a window A/C unit in my bedroom so that I would be able to sleep comfortably at night. She then reached out to several HVAC companies and although everyone was inundated with calls for service, she was able to expedite the response time of one HVAC company who subsequently was able to fix the problem. I truly appreciate her attentiveness to resolving the issue. We spoke several times and she was polite and caring in every conversation. Thank you Kelsie!

“Karl has been helpful in resolving some maintenance issues my girlfriend and I have had in the first nearly 3 months here [let me state: it's not like our unit was falling apart.] This past week, after having made a visit two days in a row, with no hesitation he replaced our [what turned out to be old] garbage disposal when my girlfriend noticed an issue. He even stopped in when I called for [what turned out to be a false alarm] emergency when I thought the A/C wasn't working. He has taken time to explain matters to me to try to help us take care of the apartment and know what to do in emergencies.

I do wish we had the mail come directly to our door but I understand it's convenient and time efficient for the postal service to deliver at the central station. If anything on days I get off the bus from work, I can check the mail. Also, our Pomeranian sometimes gets walked down there.

Speaking of Pomeranian, Hannah and Lyn love our little Holly. Almost every time we take her to the office, she gets a treat. Holly loves the dog park too.

So, yes, we have had a few bumps here and there - as does anywhere, right? Even homeowners do. I do like that the complex is somewhat secluded. In saying that, we greatly appreciate the help we've received so far! Again Karl - thanks again for your time! Also, thanks to the other members who helped get us a new fridge/freezer and new washer!”

“I want to start by saying, that I could not have asked for a better experience. The apartment is spacious and was cleaned before we even moved in. Everyone at the management office was extremely nice and professional. Amy O'Deay, especially, who personally helped me and my Fiancé-they made moving a very simple and easy process. The community is clean and well kept, the amenities they offer are of high quality, and also well maintained. They always pick up the phone kindly and answer any questions you have and will help you to the best of their ability. Highly recommend, amazing experience so far, and I'm sure it will continue to stay that way.”

“My wife and I lived here 25 years so that should speak for itself as to how we love the neighborhood. Most of the bad reviews I've read are obviously disgruntled owners or tenants who have some axe to grind. For the most part, HOA fees are high, but the need of this community requires even more upkeep than owners are willing to pay for. That said managed has in fact done a remarkable job with necessary maintenance & upkeep. I was on the Council several years and I know it's not easy to please everyone. But just drive around the neighborhood and you'll see it is amazing to find such affordable living space in an area where the average houses range around $500,000. Everything you need is close by, excellent schools, and contrary to some comical comments I saw, there is no more quiet place to live (perhaps even TOO quiet at times). By the way, we moved out, yes, but we now live less than a mile away!!”
