I had a wonderful experience at this Wells Fargo. Recently I'd stopped in and not only did they help me with my situation but the teller Kayla I believe her name was pushed to get me an appointment with Lori right away to try and help. Pleased to say i was able to get things figured out and open an account. I was welcomed and had great service by all staff members including Manager . Thank you guys so much for everything! After the week i had and hassle of trying to access my money you guys made it happen. Thank you again.

Don’t go to this location the higher up wouldn’t let me withdrawal my money because the amount I ask .. her name is PAMELA QUICKEL.. she was very lazy and didn’t give me my amount told me to wait another business day .

I have tried for days to call this bank, and they will NEVER answer the phone! I have ONE important, yet simple question, and "they are busy assisting other customers". When I stayed online finally, hitting "O" to connect to operator, the line was transferred to another automated system. They DELIBERATELY are not answering the phones!! This bank is lucky to see a handful of customers a day, so there is no excuse what so ever!
